Trendy new Brixton thrives with its multitude of bars and restaurants without forgetting its' steadfast multicultural base: Jamaican reggae plays in the market lined with Afghan grocers, Portuguese delis and Nigerian fabric stores. Here you can eat just about any food you can imagine, relax at the acclaimed Ritzy cinema or shop on the bustling high street. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just 3 minutes walk from us.

The lovely living room is available to use when we are not home.
I live with my husband Patrick and little cockapoo puppy April. April is very well behaved and friendly and also has hypoallergenic fur. She comes with me to work so will not be around during the day and spends most of the evening in the living room.
The whole house including the living room during weekdays when we're at work.
Interaction with guests
Interaction is really led by the guest. Some guests like to hang out in the room and do their own thing. Other guests like to chat and a have a cup of tea together. I've lived in the area for 15 years and am happy to give advice abut the local area and London.
Other things to note
Brockwell Park has amenities such as tennis courts, a lido and gym, a BMX bike track, duck and wildlife ponds and great views of the city. Try also the Lido cafe and our local fashion designer Lowie - both of which are on the same street.
No smoking inside any area of the flat but you are most welcome to use the front or back garden.
My husband Patrick and I live here and will be sleeping in the next room. Usually we work on weekdays and so ask that you respect a reasonable level of noise after worker's bedtime.
There is no TV in the room but we have an Internet connection for you to download your favourite film and TV programs.
For those booking for a month or more we will provide you with the first 3 days of breakfast, after which we feel you might prefer to make your own. There is a large supermarket within 3 minutes walk.

I'm a London-based Fashion Designer who likes to get out of town as much as possible. I'm married to Patrick and in my spare time I quite like a bit of yoga, running, walking and cycling.
