Tucked away in a shaded wooded backyard lies your retreat from the bright L.A. sun. Centrally located, steps away from main bus routes, yet located in suburban Beverlywood and shielded from the big city noise, our back house is the perfect place for retiring after a hard day touring or conducting business.
The back house has its own entrances. The room comes with wireless access, as well as a large screen monitor for Internet videos or Netflix. The property has plenty of parking.
The room comes with a queen bed and an optional additional twin. We can accommodate additional sleepers with blow-up mattresses or sleeping bags.
Our outdoor firepit and propane grill are open for your use (fires or cooking). There also is a kitchenette area with a burner and a refrigerator for your use. Please feel free to borrow our bicycles for a bike around the city (Beverly Hills is only one mile away and the bike path to the Pacific Ocean is even less than that). Iron and ironing board are also available for your use, along with once-a-week laundry on multiple night stays. We know that it's hard to travel with a lot of the amenities of home and we hope to make those available to you. Let us know what you might need ahead of time and we will try to have it ready.
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible.

For the price, it was exactly what we were after. My bf and I stayed here for a night on our road trip up the west coast. Great location, clean bed, warm shower and friendly hosts.
Tzepah and David are friendly people.
You can easily reach David by email, he always answers.
The cabin is still being renovated and it was a little cold sometimes but there was some heaters and the price is unbeatable. Bed and shower are good and Tzepah even offered to wash our clothes.
With a car you're at 15-20 min from Downtown and Beaches. We stayed ten days and we had a very great time in Los Angeles, amazing city :-)
When I arrived to LAX, this was the first location I was staying at. I love to walk and it wasn't too far of a walk for me from the airport. I got to explore the city as I made my way.
It's a great little cabin. Spacious with a comfortable bed. It's located central of everything if you have a car.
I did not get to meet David during my stay but he did email be some hikes that I would like to check out. I did meet his wife who is super sweet. They are very accommodating.
Definitely a great place to stay.
perfect place, we had a great time, it`s so central, even with the bike`s to the beach, we got some great advices where to go and what to see... thank you both for the great week, definitly a good place to stay at
Nice stay. Fairly clean and private. Kitchen need crockery and cutlery if wanting to self cater. It was quite cold when we stayed, however, hosts provided two heaters which were adequate. Good position if you have a car. Hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly.
great place. david and his family are very accommodating. we arrived late and they were able to give us a great recommendation on a place to eat and also on getting around LA.
Communication leading up to our stay was great. Hosts were very accommodating and their place was centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in LA.
We had a great time in LA and David and Tzepah's place was perfect for us. It was almost straight off the freeway yet on a very quiet street. The location of the house was perfect for us as it was central to most places we had planned to visit. There were plenty of free street parking.
The cabin was simple and fully equipped with all we needed - comfortable bed, nice new bathroom with hot water and free wifi which was great for us.
We dealt with Tzepah mostly and she was very happy to accommodate all our requests and was very friendly!
We were a little worried that we didn't get a key to the cabin so it stays unlocked all the time which could be a problem if you have valuables, But we just didn't leave anything valuable in the room and the cabin is tucked discreetly behind tall fences so really we didn't need it. Although Tzepah would've been happy to provide us with a key if we insisted.
So all in all it was great for the price we paid for a simple cabin in a great location in LA. Would definitely recommend!
The Zarmis were very courteous and respectful of our privacy. This stay was a very good value for its great, safe, location and always available street parking. The bathroom with tiled shower was very nice. Lots of hot water, which was much appreciated. There were clean sheets and bedding on the beds and comfortable pillows. I slept well. The Zarmis responded to our needs right away.
