Our waterfront cottage is a unique property offering style, tranquility, and walking access to Portsmouth’s Market Square. The theme is a blend of New England charm and Scandinavian modern. We offer an amazing view, two decks, a modern kitchen, laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. This premium property sleeps four, counting children. It offers a quiet romantic escape for the discerning traveler, and yet is just a ten minute walk to Market Square.

The space
The cottage features first and second floor living rooms, bedrooms and decks. This configuration offers each guest a choice of which part of our cottage best suits their needs. A modern kitchen and laundry facility completes the cottage to make it your home away from home!

Guest access is via a keypad door lock. The code will be issued immediately upon booking.

All guests are welcome as we strive for complete satisfaction, relaxation and safety. We urge families with small children to evaluate whether the open circular staircase which is suitable for your family. It is an integral part of the property and rental constitutes acceptance of responsibility.
Please respect that our cottage is set up for only four people, counting children. Our location is in a quiet neighborhood on the water. Tranquility is built in via our idyllic location and parties are not allowed.
