Villa Oia 1880 consists of three luxuriously appointed bedrooms and 3 shower rooms , a kitchen with every conceivable appliance and a private terrace area offering unparalleled views of the Caldera.
It is located just a minutes walk from Oia center .

The space
Perched on the top row of the Caldera, only a few steps away from the main street of Oia, this home offers over 200 degree views of the spectacular Aegean.

Villa Oia 1880 was built in 1880 as the home of the local doctor in Oia. Totally refurbished recently, the home offers a sumptuous interior, which will leave up to 6 guests with a feeling of never wanting to leave the home.

The three bedrooms (two with its own shower room) with Coco-Mat mattresses and pillows will ensure that our guests will be guaranteed a restful nights sleep after a long day gazing out at the beautiful blue Aegean. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own air-conditioner and heating. Two of the bedrooms have their own flat screen TV’s.

The epicurean kitchen will bring out the chef in everyone; nothing has been omitted. From a fridge dispensing ice-cubes , to a dishwasher, to a refrigerated wine storage unit to ensure your Santorinian wine is kept at the perfect temperature, to a full oven, microwave and a large electric cooktop.

The gorgeous lounge room with its traditional cross vaulted ceilings is just the room to relax and catch an evening movie on a 55cm curved LCD TV, or simply lay back on the Le Corbusier Chaise Longue and take in your favorite book.

Or maybe unwind and relax and listen to your selection of music on our B+W Zeppelin speaker system.

Finally, it you can prise yourself away from this serene lounge room, you can watch the luxury liners coming in and out of the Caldera on your private terrace offering unrestricted and uncompromising vistas over the Aegean.

Villa Oia 1880 is just a minute or so walking distance from the shops and restaurants, a five minute walk from the Bus and Taxi terminal, a five minute
walk from Oia Castle where hundreds of people gather every evening to watch the sun set.

We provide a daily cleaning service. Towels, linen and bed sheets are provided. Daily change of Towels and sheets are changed every 2 days.
