This 4 bed villa has a back-up System which ensures power is available 24/7. It is situated in the popular gated community Paradise Estate of Old Yundum and 12 mins by car from airport or 15 min from major tourist area, beaches & restaurants. It has 2 en-suites with a ceiling fan in every room. Both the master bedroom & living room have air-conditioning units. The neighbourly dining room leads to a fully functional kitchen. Guest(s) booking for at least a week is entitled to week of free WiFi.

The space
Extras: An initial amount of cash power units are bought but once exhausted, electricity is charged with cash and must be paid individually according to consumption on site.
Our home is located in a gated estate with security at the gates. All windows have integrated mosquito net.

Car: A 4 by 4 car is available and can be rented at £35 a day and charge includes cost of driver but not fuel (petrol). The cost of renting the car alone is £25 per day or £150 a week for our guest only. The price is doubled otherwise. Every car hirer will need to sign our car rental agreement.
