Just 12 blocks from Santa Monica Pier and beach, this apartment is walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries. Venice, Beverly Hills and Hollywood are a close drive. The Grocery store is a block away. Your bedroom is set up with towels, a tv, books, heating and air conditioning. The entire apartment is about 1000 sq. ft. Your bedroom is 155 square feet.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND backing your car into the parking space. Street parking with a provided permit is also available.

The space
The room is simple and clean. There is a Roku TV with a blu-ray player, movies, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Netflix. The room has it's own air conditioner and heater for the rare occasion that you would need either. There is closet space for hanging clothes, an iron/ ironing board, and a desk to work. The main bathroom is basically all yours since we only use it to shower. Towels and basic bathroom accessories are provided. Feel free to cook in the kitchen and have meals at the apartment. Couple DISCLAIMERS....this is an old building so with that comes squeaky floors, thin walls and some of the tile in the bathroom isn't up to par. I do the best I can to keep the place really clean but some things are beyond my control. Often you will see film equipment, props, and a busy office area because our work has us creating a lot of content from home. I have a dog named Ajax who conquers the couch area. He’s very sweet and quiet 99% of the time but once in awhile he’ll bark at a siren or a strange noise.

Guest access
You have access to every place in the apartment except my private room. You’re welcome to use the kitchen and put things in the refrigerator. I'm pretty relaxed here, just ask for whatever you need.

During your stay
We are early to bed and early to rise. Depending on our schedules, you might not even see us and we'll pass like ships in the night. Other times you might catch us rehearsing for a performance, teaching a class in the living room, or shooting an audition. This a very multi-purpose apartment. :-)

Other things to note
I like to keep this on the down low, so if anyone asks, you're just friends of mine. :-) If anyone knocks on the door...don't answer it. PLEASE do not disturb the neighbors

Everything you need is just a walk away! 3rd street is a great place to shop some of the best stores in LA. There are 3 movie theaters there. Enjoy a night at Westside Comedy Club for stand-up and improv shows. Harvelle’s on 4th street is a hidden little Jazz/Blues club. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Bungalow for brunch or a late night party!

Hi! We are the Harrisons and we look forward to meeting you! We are early to bed and early to rise (5am every morning.) Michael spends the majority of his time remodeling and doing handyman work. He is also an actor, so he has the occasional self-tape or online audition to take care of in the living room. Jennifer is a dancer and fitness instructor. While Michael is mostly gone during the day, sometimes you’ll have to share the living space with Jennifer while she teaches her online barre classes. We all share the space with our amazing dogs, Ajax and Bullet. Ajax is a sweet, sleepy Lab mix and Bullet is our feisty Basset Hound. Neither bite, both are friendly, and you’ll hear more from Bullet than Ajax, considering he is still a puppy. We love playing volleyball on the beach and are always looking for an adventure on the weekends. We so look forward to hosting you! Do everything you can to do everything you can!
