The space
In the district of Lachanau, on the shores of Lake Hourtin, this new villa will welcome you for a perfect vacation.
Located on a 700 m² plot, the 100 m² villa consists of a large, very bright living/dining room, an open kitchen with a pantry and a glass wine cellar overlooking the living room. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. Two are equipped with 160 x 200 double beds and ample storage. The third is equipped for 4 beds (2x2 bunk beds 90x200). Separate toilets with hand basin. An 8 m² bathroom with a large shower and bathtub complete the set.
Outside, a 35 m² covered terrace with garden furniture (10 people) and deck chairs as well as a barbecue await you for your grilled meals. Finally, an adjoining 30 m² garage is at your disposal as well as a parking lot that can easily accommodate 3 vehicles.
The house, modern and comfortable, is of the latest standards. The sound insulation is excellent and the neighborhood is in any case renowned for its calm. The garden is fenced and will offer children a secure play area.
