The Space

A great and spacious room with a super comfortable bed that sleeps two - there's closet to put/hang things.....
the apartment is "very San francisco" - Must be 420 friendly...

There is a big open kitchen that you can use as well as a large living room - which also functions as a music room where there a rehearsal/ lessons from time to time - music during the week never starts before 11am and never goes past 11pm.....

there are 2 bathrooms - one has a shower with great pressure
there is a back deck to smoke (no cigarettes in the house)

This area (the inner richmond) has so many restaurants that you could eat out for a year and still not hit all of them......
and we're right across the street from the much acclaimed Burma Superstar.

We are a few blocks walk to golden gate park and the presidio and a slightly longer walk to the beach

We are near a number of buses including the 38 geary line (the bus that runs most often in the city and runs all night)

The place is very clean (and I like it that way:) the people who live here are all between 30 and 45 - and are super easy going...all have live here for at least 3 years - I have been here for 10 years......

You won't find a space like this in NYC - if you stay here, you'll underrstand

  • Staying at Jordan's was great. The public transport was very easy and the room was just as described. The shower was a particular delight - he isn't kidding about the incredible water pressure! Jordan was a very easy going host. It was a brilliant place to stay.

  • Jordan is a friendly, helpful and easy-going host. The apartment and the room were like in the description. The washing basin of the shared bathroom was a little bit small. There is a very good Thai restaurant right next door and many other asian restaurants to explore on the same street, including a coffee shop. The bus connection is good: one bus brings you directly to Union square, approx. 15-20min.

  • We had a very enjoyable staying at Jordan's. The house is very nice, laid-back and the people living there are easy going and easy to talk to. The room was very clean and comfortable and was very good for accommodating one extra-person. I would definitely recommend that!

The neighbourhood is full of restaurants and small shops. On Sundays there is a very nice market with fresh products!

  • Had a really great time at Jordan's place. The Apartment is a fairly decent sized sunny space in the Richmond district. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops close by. Also public transportation. Golden Gate Park is a 10 - 15 minute walk.

The room itself is quite private with a door you can lock, a little desk, a nice closet and an extremely comfortable bed.

Jordan and his 3 roommates are all very cool, easygoing people who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  • We had so much great time here! Jordan and his roommates are awesome, kind and funny, and we really appreciated spending a month in this nice flat in Clement Street. We would have loved to stay longer... The room is nice, but more important, the place is nicely situated, and the flat is great with a huge and cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A great place!

  • My boyfriend and I stayed at Jordan's for 2 months when first moving to SF. We loved our stay.We planned on staying 1 month and actually extended out stay for 2. The apartment was always clean. Jordan was very welcoming and helpful in giving advice about the city.

The area is fantastic! Great food and shops. Near GG Park and a decent run to Lands End. Easy busing into other neighborhoods.

One note: The room has very thin walls, so if you're a light sleeper I suggest ear buds for sleeping on the weekends. You will be near some restaurants and bars. It's not that bad but it kept us up once or twice. Weekdays are pretty quite.
