About This Listing
We most welcome you to a light apartment in the trendy side of CPH.
We have two living rooms (the one of them is not for use, as we sleep in it while you stay here) and a bedroom with a table and computer where you will stay. The bed on the picture shows a 1,5 person bed, but we also have an extra proper mattress if you want to sleep apart.
Our apartment also has a well-designed kitchen fitted with a gas stove and all the cooking equipment you may need.
The bathroom is also fresh and new with a shower.
We will of course provide clean sheets and towels.
When the sun is shining the best place to be is in our living rooms as the sun shines in the entire day. As the apartment is on the 5th floor it's also is the last place in Nørrebro where the sun leaves.
Our apartment is located in the buzzing suburb of Nørrbro. This quarter of the city is charming, multi-cultural, and exciting.
There are lots of different stores and cafes for you explore in the area - these also offer you a true taste of Copenhagen. If you'd like to see the rest of the city, there's a bus and train station just 3 minutes walk away. Bus 5A will take you directly to Nørreport, Rådhuspladsen and Copenhagen Central Station. But CPH is really a city of bikes - therefore we recommend you to rent one.
Grocery shopping is very cheap here and there are all different kinds of fruit and veggie markets. We have a supermarket just 1 minute away.
A fun park is just around the corner with quirky statues and objects from 150 countries all over the world -it's called Superkilen. This park has been named by the AIA (American Institute of Architects) as one of the world's best building project anno 2012!
And just 5 minutes in the other direction you'll find another popular park - Nørrebroparken - full of happy people and playgrounds.
We do hope you'll feel at home here and enjoy living in 'wonderful Copenhagen'.
We're most happy to answer all of your questions either about our home or our city.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT:
The fastest way is to take the metro from the airport and get of at Nørreport station. There you will find a bus 5A (direction Husum Torv). Take it until you get to Nørrebro station.
The easiest way is to take the bus 5A form the airport to Nørrebro station.
From the station you can actually see the apartment ;) Go to the big supermarket Føtex, when you stand with your face against it, take a right, straight ahead, cross the junction and then the apartment will be the first at your left (Address: MIMERSGADE 118, 5tv) - it will take you around 45 minutes.. (For you who are new in town - maybe an hour :) )
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
Ann-Sofie and Jens
You will have access to the whole flat, but the room we are sleeping while you are here, may not be so interesting (-: - you are welcome though..
Interaction with Guests
If we are home, we are always open for a chat about CPH or life. But up to you how much you want to interact and we understand if / when you rather want privacy.
It is wonderful to have you and we have you will have an enjoyable stay in our home.
We have a few rules:
- Don't not smoke anything in our apartment - I am allergic to smoke, and there fore it would be very sad to come home to a place, where I can't stay. There will be a fee taken from the security deposit on 50$ if we figure out that you smoked inside.
- Please treat everything like it was your own thing - with care and respect, we found most of our things second hand and they are hard to replace.
- Don't play loud music in weekdays after 10 (this is a rule in the entire building because of small children)
- If you spill anything on the floor please cleanse the floor with a wet cloth right after
Great place to stay! Very close to the bus station and easy to get around city from apartment. Jens was extremely friendly and helpful! He answered all of our questions and made recommendations that we enjoyed.
Jens and Ann-Sophie are very relaxed and nice hosts. They have a cozy flat with awesome lovely design elements.
We got an extra mattress so that we could decide to share the double bed or sleep separately. The flat is in Norrebro and relatively close to the city. We rented bikes for two days so it was very easy and really nice to explore Copenhagen.
Hi, we are a great time at Jens' apartment. The place is really cosy and comfortable and they were really helpful. The neighborhood is really nice ad you will find lots of cafes and some vintage shops. Not far from the center but if don't' fancy walking there is direct bus to central Copenhagen. I highly recommend this apartment.
Convenient location, good communication, the flat was neat and just as described and Jens provides an extra flip chair mattress if guests do not share the bed. Tiny bathroom but manageable, and Jens and Ann Sofie were very friendly and helpful although we didn't have time to exchange much. Overall a good experience !
We had a Great Weekend in Kopenhagen. The Apartment was very conveniently located, we could walk everything. Jens and His wode were really nice although we didn't See each other much.
Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr willkommen. Ann - Sofie und Jens sind einfach wunderbare, offenherzige und kommunikative Gastgeber. :-)))))
