The space
Situated in the only gated beachfront neighborhood of Galveston, Sunrise on the Beach offers both seclusion and convenience to the island's main attractions and cruise terminals. It is ideal for family vacations, escapes, and those seeking a tranquil connection with the island!

Second floor:
Enter the home to find a spacious main level featuring a bright and airy living area, open-design kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining space. The stunning deck offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and includes plenty of seating and a grill for guest enjoyment. The custom bunk room, complete with built-in bunks for six (2 twin over queen bunks), provides a cozy space for the little ones. The second bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed and has a full bath with a walk-in shower right outside the room.

Third floor:
The third level features 3 bedrooms. The master suite offers a large king bed and en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also offers access to the beautiful deck overlooking the Gulf with a comfy bed swing. Two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed plus folding bed are separated by a shared full bath, featuring a combination tub/shower. The queen bedroom has access to the exterior deck overlooking the beautiful neighborhood.

Cupola:
Up another flight of stairs to the cupola/office, where a queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements, ideal for accommodating extra guests or providing a dedicated workspace with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Ground level:
On the ground level, you'll find a large bar area, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach. Our guests are also able to enjoy a gated backyard, where beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs are provided for guest use.

Guest access
Guests will receive the instructions for their stay a few days before their arrival. Guests have access to the whole property, except for the owner's closet and the garage.

Other things to note
Please note that our property features multiple levels with stairs. The ground level consists of a garage area, which is not accessible to guests. The living room and bedrooms are located on the second and third floors respectively. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification!

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of cancelling their stay for any reason. As a small business, we are unable to act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy. However, in the event of a mandatory evacuation from the island due to a hurricane, we will issue a full refund.

During holidays and summertime, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
