The Space:
Our recently refreshed home maintains its original San Francisco charm with modern touches, situated in the quiet, safe, and upscale Parkside neighborhood.
Please note: We reside full-time in the downstairs unit to help manage for your comfort. There are no shared spaces—your upstairs suite is entirely private and self-contained, but we are easily available on-site if you need any quick assistance.
3th bedroom access will be through the 2nd bedroom as shown in photos.
Washer and dryer not available in this unit, but a convenient laundromat is just up the block.

Guest access
Guests will have own private access to the SECOND FLOOR, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a sunroom. With 3 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, and an extra twin if needed), guests can enjoy own main entrance with self-check-in. The space comfortably accommodates up to 4-6 people, making it perfect for small families, professionals, or couples.

Note: Stern Grove will host free concerts every weekend this summer, featuring artists such as Thievery Corporation, The Dip, Dessa, DJ Shortkut, Thundercat, and Fitz & The Tantrums.
