Newly Built Studio Across the Street from a Secluded Beach. Quality beds & Furniture. One King Bed and one Twin bed, a Kitchenette & a Large Bathroom, Quartz Counter Tops, Stainless Appliances & Recessed Lights. Strategically located in between 2 Main Breaks. 10 Min or less in Either Direction. Walk to Rivers, Jungle Trails, Fishing, Swimming & more. TWO Fiber Optic WIFI Systems w/Battery BackUp. Digital Nomads Welcome. Potable H20, Hot Water, Fans in All Rooms, Air Conditioning. On Site Mgmt.
The space
We are "Kai Vida, Pavones Family Surf Lodging". Strategically located between The Point & Pilon.
This studio has a well laid out open concept floor plan. There's a lot of living space. There is hot water, filtered, and drinking water. There is Air Conditioning AND 3 ceiling fans. The home is fully functional. All glass windows are screened and the front door is glass as per photos.
There is a very nice breeze upstairs and the side windows face North so there's little exposure to the sun. This studio stays fairly cool.
You're going to LOVE this place. It's big and clean! It's private and Safe. It's definitely the best value in the area. It has everything you need including a full size fridge, kitchenette and a large patio and BBQ. The furniture is quality and the views of the property from upstairs are awesome. You'll hear the ocean crashing on the beach at night and birds and wildlife throughout the day.

INTERNET DETAILS - We have two separate systems. One is a faster Fiber Optic Hard Wired. The second system is a different company that provides satellite point to point Fiber Optic WIFI which is slower but consistent. We use a solar battery back up system with this company to provide service even when the power goes out. It lasts for more than a few hours. I believe we have the best WIFI system in the area. We understand the need for a quality connection and built our WIFI with the working person in mind.
Usually if my WIFI is down, everybody in the area is down. Also, please know that our WIFI system can still be uncontrollably affected by nature. Power lines and Fiber Optic Cables can get taken down by a tree and the whole area will be down until it's repaired. You are coming to an incredibly raw part of Costa Rica. You're going to love it here.
NOTE: If you need any cookware or household items, simply let me know. I'll approve and I will reimburse you right away. Maybe some glass dishes are broken or the past guest burned a pan, or left silverware at the beach and now you're low on utensils. Unfortunately, doing kitchenware inventory between guests isn't always possible. Let me know, you can buy what you need at the local stores and leave it here for the next guest. I will reimburse you. We aim to give you the best possible experience.
- There is a unit next to you. Those guests need to walk thru your front deck to get to their unit. Please know that your deck is not private because people need to cross to get to the other unit upstairs.
- There is a monitor attached to the wall above the desk. It's used to extend a laptop monitor or make two screens. Bring your own HDMI cables.
Guest access
The entire property is yours to enjoy. We have fruit trees such as mandarin lime, mango, Plantain, Banana, Guanabana & more as well as many different types of plants. The lot is shared with our other three units on the property.
Other things to note
There is a 24hr respected local property care taker that lives in a small house in front of this house with his wife and family. Feel safe and secure when you're at the property or out enjoying the area. NEED MORE SPACE? Ask about our overflow area, we have an affordable extra Bedroom + Bath that may be available.

Nearby we have: Secluded beaches for miles, Surf, Fish, Yoga, Nature Adventures, ATV Tours & Rentals, Horse back Riding, Turtle Releasing, Waterfalls, local rivers to explore and jungle hikes too!
