The space
Enjoy your stay in this beautiful home in a safe and quiet Neighborhood. This home is completely renovated. Be ready to entertain! You will walk into a lovely open-concept living/dining/kitchen. This house has two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 half bathroom downstairs. Holds up to 7 guests: 1 king-size bed(2nd floor), 2 Queen(2nd floor) & 1 sofa bed(1st floor). There is also a pack n play. Includes 3 car parking and a backyard to relax! It is a great place to spend time with family and friends. You will find that our home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Great for business professionals, families, or groups of travelers. Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities! It is only a few minutes from grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and more.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house. You will be able to access the house anytime after 4:00 pm. We have a self-check-in process and keyless entry for the house. Detailed check-in instructions, including access codes, will be sent in the morning to check. Please treat our home like yours!

* Please do not book the home if you are local in the Niagara/Buffalo area without contacting me first and receiving approval.

-Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities respectfully.
- No parties allowed. Unauthorized party/event -$500 fine
-Excessive Guests - $50 fine per person.
- No smoke inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee).
-We have two security cameras, one on the front door and the other outside in backyard; it's only for security purposes.
-Policy on Pets- Pets are not allowed.
