La Grand View is located on the first floor and is approximately 10 minutes walk from both Pelham Metro North and Mount Vernon Metro Station.
This apartment is cozy and spacious, has 2 large bedrooms and an office space that has a single sleeper sofa bed. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Perfect for family occasions, events at the Memorial Stadium and much much more. NYC with it's lights and actions is only 25 minutes away.

The space
La Grand View has a king sized and a queen sized bedroom, dedicated office space with single sleeper sofa. There's a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, large eat in kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave and all utensils provided. Beautiful bathroom with rain shower. Wrap around porch with folding chairs for your relaxation.

Other things to note
There is No Parking for Street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays between 8 am - 12 pm. Please observe the signs and park appropriately to avoid a ticket 🎟
