Casa Bermelia is a European influenced casona placed on a hill next to the oldest mountain range in Puerto Rico. It has a priceless view to the Caribbean Sea from its balcony where the breeze inspires a sense of serenity all year long. It is an ideal place where guests can enjoy themselves with up to 18 friends and family members at a spacious property surrounded by nature. The property is just 10-15 minutes away from local beaches & sightseeing. It can also be the venue for your special event.

The space
Casa Bermelia is a gorgeous house with 7 bedrooms (each one with A/C), 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 dining areas. It has a 180० balcony ideal for bird watching or stargazing, with sofas and outdoor dining area to enjoy and relax from sunrise to sunset. On the west side of the backyard you’ll find a lounge pool and a washer for our guests to use, while on the east side we have the pergola and fire pit as a chill spot right under one of our elder trees. A spacious garage allows guests to park up to 8 cars while additional vehicles can be parked on the premises of the house.

Our guests can have fun with board games and movie nights in the living room downstairs, while upstairs they will find interesting books from the family collection and equipment such as sky maps and telescopes. The yard is big enough for our visitors to walk around freely while connecting with the peace and tranquility of nature.

Guest access
In Casa Bermelia guests have access to all areas of the property except those designated as "staff only" (downstairs laundry, master bedroom closet and shed).

Other things to note
Property is also available as a venue for activities and gatherings with an additional cost.

A kayak is available for rent at an additional cost as well.
