This spacious lodge is 10 minutes to downtown Packwood, a quaint town with a small grocery store and restaurants. Perfectly centrally located to lots of fun outdoor activities: 10 miles to Mt. Rainier NP entrance, 19 miles to White Pass Ski area, and 48 miles to Mt. St. Helens.
The space
This lodge has a main bedroom with a large walk-in closet and full bath with walk-in shower and stand alone tub. 2nd and 3rd additional bedrooms share a full bath and there's even an upstairs 4th bedroom for the kids to play and sleep. The open-concept kitchen/dining/living room has a gas fireplace and TV. The spacious fully stocked kitchen includes an oversized refrigerator and walk-in pantry. The laundry room off the kitchen contains a full washer and dryer.
The back deck provides plenty of space for you to shelter from the rain, snow and sun while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful serenity. The river helps keep the temperatures cool in the summer, but of course also mosquitos so come prepared.
Amenities include an EV charging inside a single-car garage, Blackstone BBQ, fire pit and a large backyard for outdoor games or a small event. There is even a beach blanket, umbrella and a few fishing poles left for your enjoyment, please plan on bringing your own wood if you plan to use the fie pit.
The house uses fresh mountain spring well water so no need to bring single use plastic water bottles.
The hot tub is available upon request for a $50 cleaning fee. This must be requested in advance in order to be unlocked. All children must be attended and this is to be used at your own risk. Please wash off any lotions or makeup prior to entering. If excessive cleaning is required such as a partial or full drain then there will be an additional $300 charge.

The entire house, backyard, river and forest are yours to enjoy and explore.
If you do not reserve the guest house or garage, we would ask you be respectful of other guests who may have booked them.
Please do not park in front of the dumpster.
Other things to note
This property is on septic. Please be mindful of things that will ruin a septic and require expensive pumping to fix. Please do not put tampons down the toilets.
A disposal is in the kitchen sink. This is not a compost. Please do not put large food items (only tiny scraps of food) down the disposal. Also do not put grease down the drain. A grease can has been provided and you can dispose of the grease in the garbage once cooled and solidified.
If you choose to additionally book the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom guest house, the entire property except the inside of the detached garage will be yours to enjoy. If you do not additionally book the guest house, that may potentially be used by other guests. There is a fence for privacy separating the two and a separate parking driveway. We ask that all guests try to be considerate of the other with noise etc.
Winters can be harsh, so it is the guests' responsibility to be prepared with suitable means for transportation. The road to the property is flat but twisty. The house is connected to a propane generator that will automatically start if the electricity is out.
During the summer, Lewis county may have fire bans in the area. If this happens, you will not be able to use fire of any kind. The fire pit and any charcoal you bring are off limits and you may incur a fine if used. If there is a citation and fine, this will be passed on to you to pay. However, the propane barbecue is still acceptable to use.
There is no smoking anywhere on the property. If there are cigarette butts found anywhere on the property, a $300 fine will be issued.
Please do not park in front of the dumpster, it is picked up every Friday and the truck needs access. Make sure the lids are fully closed. the wildlife will make a mess of the garbage if given the opportunity.
