An Arrowhead QR code must be shown to use any community amenities.
Because the cabin is in a gated community, all guests & vehicles must be pre-registered in advance. After booking, we'll request the number of vehicles, vehicle info, and the number of guests over age 6. This must be submitted no later than 3 days before check-in. Registration is required for access to the gym, pool tables, game room, library, beaches, parks, pools, tennis, and pickleball courts.
A $300 cleaning fee is already included in your listed price — no additional charge.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the full house and property except the utility rooms and Owner's Closet in the basement.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book & preferably have positive reviews on Airbnb from other hosts. All guests of the primary renter need to be pre-registered with the host and community.
Guest that makes the booking needs to be staying on the premises for the duration of the rental. No bookings made on behalf of others.
