Catch the sunrise with the peaceful surroundings with the most beautiful unobstructed view in Goodland. Our 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom cottage, is set up for a set of couples, or a set of friends. It is elevated for the extra enhancement of the view. An amazing direct panoramic waterfront view right from your very own private screened porch. The water view is visible from the kitchen, living room, and of course the porch. Tow along your boat, free dockage available, kayaks included in your stay.

The space
Shellers paradise!

This particular unit is spacious and perfect for up to 4 adults. Equipped with 2 separate bedrooms, it is the perfect accommodation for a weekend, or longer for a fishing trip or shelling tour. Located 1/2 from the Goodland Boat Park, where you can launch your boat, or grab a tour. Our cottage is situated on the east end corner of the island in Goodland Florida. Nestled amongst a few of our other beautiful units, on the private corner of a one of a kind paradise. Enjoy the vast waterfront view, that directly overlooks the Everglades. Included with this property is a beautiful dock, kayaks, private kayak launch, seats out along the waters edge. You are welcome to bring along your boat, we have space for your trailer, and use our dock for dockage, to enjoy the 10,000 islands and the Gulf of Mexico.
Goodland has 4 restaurants, all within walking distance, along with a local fresh fish market. We are conveniently located just 5 miles south of Marco Island, a short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches. Come and enjoy a taste of some disappearing Olde Florida, when you stay with us in the Village of Goodland, a Historic Fishing Village.

Guest access
All of our guests are welcome to the entire backyard, including the dock area, along with the kayak ramp.

Other things to note
We have a few other rental units located on the property. All guests who stay with us have access to the outside grounds. That being said, you may see other couples around, and again, you may not. We are a private property, and only our guests are permitted on the property.
We do have an off season here in Goodland: just meaning that during July-September 3 out of the 4 restaurants are closed. The Crabby Lady restaurant stays open throughout the summer, but does have early evening hours. Marco Island remains wide open and busy during the summer.
