This is a great cape escape for a single or couple!
My pristine and charming studio cottage is newly renovated and located in a small cottage complex only 20 miles south of P-Town next to the National Seashore Park in Eastham, with the bay a mile a way, the beach 1.5, and ponds all over and in between!
The covered outdoor deck literally doubles the size of the place and provides privacy as you’ll spend most meals there facing (and is almost in) a private wooded area with a nice trail just a step away.
Fully equipped with kitchen, small fridge, shower, bathroom, etc. Sleeps two comfortably in deluxe full futon.
Cable TV and VCR Yes
Wireless Internet Yes

Between June 25th and Labor Day I prefer to rent by the the week (Saturday to Saturday).
leave it in the condition you arrive.
Lovely little cabin retreat. Stayed there for the weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, just down the road from a drive-in movie theater, and a short drive to Provincetown. The place is small, but cozy. The giant deck was a great place to eat and hang out. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Would stay here again.
I expected it to be small and it was! My boyfriend and I stayed there for four nights and when we arrived there were dirty towels and linens wadded in a pile on the kitchen floor and dog hair on the futon. We had to purchase sheets and linens from TJ Maxx in the next town over since we flew in from Portland and didn't have room for such things in our luggage.
All-in-all, it was fine. Did not cook there. Good location, but wish I picked one of the other spots listed. Oh well.
Always upset to hear a poor review I will look into the issues and encourage others to read my other 50+ to be assured.
Regarding the "dirty towels" on the floor I believe there were exactly 2 dish towels and a bathmat that were rolled in a bundle and stuffed behind the garbage for my service to pick up later. Your stay was short so they must have come after.
The cottage was great - Clear directions on how to get in and run amenities, beautiful back porch and very relaxing!
I was very lucky to spend two weeks at Jeff's cottage on the Cape. It was the perfect place: close to Provincetown but far away from the crowds, on the Cape Cod rail trail and just a short bike ride from numerous ponds and beaches both on the bay side and National Sea shore, great spots to kayak (Nauset Marsh), or hike....
Jeff was a very friendly and helpful host, providing very clear info and documentation on the region.
We had a great stay in Cape Cod. The cottage was great and we loved the porch. We spent all our time out there. So nice to grill a steak and fresh corn then eat it outside. The futon was a bit short for my husband and myself (both 6 feet tall) but it was fine. Thank you!
The cottage was perfect! Very well located. The only thing: bring some sheets for the futon since they are not included
Everything was exactly as described. I was already familiar with the cape, and I am glad i found this listing. The cottage was perfect, exactly what I was expecting. Just enough stuff in it to feel lived in and cozy, but not so much that i felt i was living in someone else's house.
