☞ POOL HEATING.
Enjoy our oversized, deep diving-style pool, designed for a classic, full-depth swimming experience rather than a smaller shallow pools. Because of its scale and depth, pool heating is approached with added care to ensure a comfortable and consistent temperature.
If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know in advance, as it can take 12–24 hours to bring the pool to the desired temperature.
July through September:
Daytime temperatures often reach the high 90s to 100°F, naturally keeping the pool around 86–88°F, which aligns with recommended ranges for comfortable recreational swimming. Evening and morning temperatures can be cooler; if you’d like to maintain the pool at approximately 90°F throughout the day and night, optional heating is available for $60 per day, with a 3-day minimum.
October 1 through June 30 (excluding December, January, and February):
Pool heating is available for $139 per day, with a 3-day minimum. The first day focuses on bringing the pool to temperature, with subsequent days maintaining consistent warmth.
December, January, and February:
Due to cooler winter conditions, pool heating is available for $169 per day, with a 3-day minimum, to reach and maintain the recommended pool temperature of 83–86°F (28–30°C).
☞ PROPANE TANK. We provide one full propane tank ready for use, along with an additional empty tank. If the propane runs out during your stay, you may refill or exchange it at a nearby location, or we can deliver an additional full tank for you for $65, which covers cost and labor.
☞ STRICT POLICY: NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. Only the allowed number of guests may be on the property. Violations will result in immediate action and penalties.
