Overall Guest Satisfaction
Check In
  • The guesthouse was a nice size and had everything you would need: wifi, kitchen, satelite TV, and air conditioning. It also has some amazing art work hanging inside and feels very comfortable/welcoming. I didn't see Jeanette very often since I was out most of the day and didn't return until later, but she left clear instructions on the check in/check out procedure. Overall, I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

  • I have been coming to Tucson for 20 years so when I say this charming cottage is in a great central neighborhood, you can take it to the bank. It is a stone's throw to Whole Foods, a short trot to Starbucks, and a nice little drive to Trader Joes.

The air conditioning functioned well, as did everything else, which is important when you are staying for more than a week on business. The skylights gave a feeling of lightness with no loss of privacy.

The hostess is true to her word, as she does leave you alone. In fact I never met her but her loving kindness emanated throughout all her property. Her daughters did welcome me and introduce themselves.

The cottage was well appointed, the TV channels were ample, wifi strong enough to do business, and the garden was charming and filled with birds.

As a single woman I loved the security of onsite gated parking.
I would stay here again .

  • This is the second time we have stayed at this guesthouse in Tucson. It is everything that the host advertises. The property is clean and close to anything a person would want to do in Tucson. The host is very accommodating and the cottage is comfortable and quiet. It is a pleasure to work with this hostess and we will definitely stay there again.

  • Jeannette's guest house in Tucson was just perfect! Very beautiful space, clean, relaxing and just an absolutely outstanding value. The guest house was even bigger than it looked in the photos. Could not have worked out better, Jeannette was extremely organized and very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for us and we look forward to returning the next time we are in Tucson!!

  • We stayed in the guesthouse for 2 weeks while at the jewelry show, and loved the place! Felt like we lived at home while away from home.
The house is comfortable, and lacks nothing one would want for a comfortable stay.
The only downside was not meeting the two dogs we knew lived in the main house - but we were mostly working, and away from home, and the dogs were content with their own humans.

  • Very clean well kept casita. the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Jeannette was a very kind host, although we saw very little of her, she is happy to give you your privacy. the kitchen is full of pots and pans and most everything you would need to cook with, we would stay here again

  • The guest house was in beautiful shape, very clean, and nicely decorated. My friend and I loved staying here!

  • My father and I rented both Jeanette's guesthouse and the cottage across the yard. The guesthouse was spacious, quiet, well-equipped--in short, all-around great! I could see spending much longer than 4 days there. All communication with Jeanette was easy and friendly.

  • I stayed in Jeannette's guesthouse for four weeks in November and December. It is a lovely place to call your home away from home, very comfortable and cozy. She offers private, gated in parking, as well. The bed is very comfortable as is the couch and she even stocks the cupboard with games to play and movies to watch. The environment is extremely private and secure. I was there on business and this was the perfect place to rest. The property is very quiet if you need a place to get work done. For those interested in the University of Arizona, the location was prime! I recommend this rental very highly and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  • Super cute guest house, extremely nice and unobtrusive host, very comfortable and convenient location to the University and central Tucson. The gated parking is a big plus too. Will definitely be booking this place in the future,
