This guesthouse is located on a property where we live with our family. We have it set up so that you can take care of yourself and enjoy your privacy and so that we can do our day-to-day living without much interruption. If you plan to have lots of visitors or if you want a host who will entertain you, this is probably not the right fit. House rules are to respect that this is our home (no smoking, no excessive noise). An energy-conservation attitude is also very much appreciated!

Their place is nice and private, with adequate cooling in the hottest part of the summer, and comfortably slept the 3 of us with the additional day bed in the living room area. Communication was quick and thorough, and Paul responded promptly to any questions/issues we had during our stay.

This place was great and the whole property had a very cool Tucson hacienda look and feel. Great location and very comfortable place. I would highly recommend Jeannette and Paul's house.

A lovely space located conveniently in Tucson. Was our first time using airbnb and it was a great experience. The instructions for the unit were clear and offered some great suggestions for the area. There is a dedicated parking area which was nice, considering how much we were coming and going. The kitchen and bathroom were both well designed and great for long or short stays and had most of everything one could need for a trip. Nice spot, would rent it again.

This was our second year staying at Paul and Jeanette's lovely home. They are amazing hosts and their place is better than advertised. It is quiet and very clean, in a lovely neighborhood very conveniently located. We always feel at home here and we highly recommend this great space.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we returned this year. Jeannette and Paul's place is roomy, comfortable, quiet, private and well-equipped. Communication with Paul was prompt and easy. We'll consider staying here again next time we're in Tucson.
