Everything you require is available within the apartment such as: 42 inch TV, DVD player, heaps of dvds, full length mirror, wifi internet, lots of books to read, hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, washer/dryer, ovan, dishwasher, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, all appropriate cooking utensils and a great bath and shower.
Off street parking is available as well as amble street parking for guests.
The guest will have the entire apartment completely to themselves! The guest will have access to the apartment as if it were their own! We will be available upon request.

Clean tidy and a great location.
Their South Yarra apartment was perfectly located in a really nice suburb with Chapel St and public transport nearby. It's reasonably priced and ideal for two couples, a family with two kids or anyone wanting to head to Melbourne for sporting events - just a 5 minute drive from MCG/Olympic Park precinct. Tom was contactable and returned messages promptly. This was our first airbnb experience and we are extremely happy with our stay at their apartment. We thoroughly recommend staying here if you're heading to Melbourne. Overall experience 5 stars! Thanks Tom & Frances
Well situated apartment very close to public transportation. The apartment is occupied by the host when not rented through AIRBNB, so there are no closets or drawers available for guest use. There is one wall air conditioner in the LR, but it is not sufficient to adequately cool the entire 2 BR apt.
Great location for couples as it was walking distance to Chapel Street. The apartment was comfortable, secure with off street parking provided and had all the necessities. The hosts provided a map of all the important amenities in the local area, this was a very cute touch. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly to deal with.
The apartment itself at first glance was neat and tidy and gave a very good first impression.
We stayed here with our 8 year old son for a week over Christmas. The flat is in a fantastic location - close to cool shops and cafes, and across the road from the train station, straight into Melbourne.
The flat was comfortable and clean, and had all of the amenities that you might want, including a nespresso coffee machine!
I thought it a little odd that the cupboards and fridge still had food in them; and that the wardrobes were locked. It did seem a little like Tom and Frances had gone on holiday, and we were using their place whilst they were away. We've used bookabach in NZ, and the houses were more like furnished rentals than feeling like staying at a friends place. I think I had different expectations, but it certainly didn't affect our stay.
My only complaint was with regard to wifi. In the week we were there, we had no internet access as the password provided didn't work, and Tom didn't respond to my texts. This was a pest as we had wanted to (website hidden) family on Christmas day - but it wasn't the end of the world. It was Christmas, after all, and I hope that Tom and Frances were enjoying the holiday too. :-)

The location is great and the flat was clean and nicely furnished. it was a little inconvenient that there was no wardrobe space as the wardrobes were locked up in both bedrooms! otherwise it had all the necessary amenities. We also had a bit of a hiccup with gaining access. Tom said he'd sent an email re where he'd left the keys but we never received it and after a 27 hour flight the last thing we wanted was to wait outside in the pouring rain not being able to get in after 5 phone calls and 2 texts! However Tom was very apologetic and normally does respond fairly promptly. He had generously left milk and wine which he invited us to have. The milk we consumed but not the wine, so thank you Tom.
Highly recommend Tom and Frances' beautiful apartment. Great size and slept 5 of us comfortably. The location was amazing, being only a minute walk to the closest train station to take us straight into the CBD.
Would gladly stay there again.
The place is nice and clean. It's location is very good, with close public transport and various shops and restraunts. Also the environment is quite.
My best friend and I stayed here for the week of the spring races and it was perfect in every way. Location-wise the apartment was a 5 minute walk from gyms and yoga studios, 10 minutes to prahan markets so we could cook delicious food and 5 minutes to woolies for convenient things we forgot. The apartment is 1 minute from the train station and 5 minutes to major clothes shops and restaurants.
The apartment itself has beautiful lighting, is well-kept and without fault.
I would not even consider staying anywhere else on our next trip- this place has it all!!!
