About this listing
Available while we are away for work. Very big stylish residential loft in commercial/industrial building in the heart of the plateau! About 40% of the building's spaces are residential lofts, the rest are studios for artists and musicians. Our loft is located in the Plateau, the area in Montreal with the most interesting clubs, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Also walking distance to Downtown, the Old Port, McGill University, Parc Mont Royal, Rue St. Denis, Rue Prince Arthur and much more. Located on the corner of Pine and St. Laurent, a busy intersection with a lot of restaurants and clubs, also a 24/h grocery store across the street. A lot of public transit nearby.
The Loft has two closed bedrooms and a huge living area (dining room, living room combined, kitchen in its own area but still part of main room) and full bathroom. The whole loft is 1500 square feet. Very bright, one whole wall is windows. We have an artificial wood burning stove that looks real and is a very strong heater.
Please note that if you do not pay extra for the second bedroom, it will be locked.
Things provided include:
Coded entry system (no key needed)
Queen size bed with bedding and sheets
High speed Internet (wifi)
Things that have changed:
We no longer have the pinball machines
We have a different couch that replaced the sectional
$97/night for one bedroom (2 people), $30/night per person for the second room.
This is a great place to stay in an amazing and fun area of Montreal!
By the way, the photo of me is not taken at my place, it's my sister's house in the country.
We require a $300 safety deposit that Airbnb deals with in the event we decide to keep it. That rarely happens and has only in the past due to guests having parties. Our biggest house rule, NO PARTIES!!! Our place is great for them and it's tempting but they are not allowed. We also ask for an additional $50 cleaning fee that goes to the cleaner we hire after you leave (we pay her $75).
Please water our5 plants if you're there for more than a week. Thanks!
