As per other comments, the key thing to highlight is the continuing construction work which did impact our holiday. The builders begin approx 7.30am Mon-Sat. In hindsight, I wish I had paid more attention to other members feedback on this.
Otherwise, the location is fantastic, I loved the pool on the roof and sun terrace and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santiago. We were able to cook several meals in and the bed is super comfy.
Apartment was in the perfect neighborhood. Very safe building, walking distance from great restaurants, parks, and museums. Great view of cerro Santa Lucia and even the mountains in the morning. Attached to a very convenient grocery store. If I visited Santiago again I would definitely stay here again
This is a very nice apartment in a very large modern apartment complex that is walking distance of just about everything a first time visitor to the city would be interested in, including sights, restaurants and nightlife. Multiple subway lines are also close by for going to other parts of the city. The office staff is very professional and helpful. The bedroom is open on the upper level, and there are actually 2 fold-down style sofas downstairs. The bathroom is in the upper level. There is a bar with stools for eating (4 total, 3 comfortably), as well as a desk with 2 chairs against a wall and a huge coffee table. Lots of windows-some looking out on Cerro Santa Lucia which is a stone's throw away. We would stay there again without looking around elsewhere.
We had a lovely time at the apartment. It was very centrally located with a supermarket right next door for those nights where you feel like cooking rather than eating out. We arrived earlier than the check in time but the staff were more than happy to take our bags for us whilst we explored for a little bit on foot. The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable and had everything you need. My suggestion is just to run the shower for a couple of minutes before getting in because it was quite hard to control the temperature. Other than that, could not fault our stay.
First the positive: the location is super convenient. Not only for the run of the city, but to have a supermarket on the first level. We lived and cooked here for a month, so this was key. As best he could, Juan Pablo addressed and corrected our concerns. He replaced a broken toaster and a space heater that shorted out. He found a solution to our wifi problems. He sent staff to scrub the kitchen floor when we complained. He was unfailingly polite, pleasant and responsive.
What I think should be made clear is that this is NOT Juan Pablo's apartment. He is the manager for a company--along with other companies--that own multiple units that they rent out on a daily basis. This is an apart hotel. People come and go constantly. One night a group of party people in our hall caroused until 3 in the morning. We called the guards, but it was an uncomfortable situation.
Also, the level of cleanliness is not up to a North American standard. My perception is that the cleaning is a lick and a promise. The dirt is just pushed into a corner and the deep grime never addressed. The crumbs in the glass table were just plain yucky, as was the moldy shower curtain!! Also, the apartment is well-worn and rough around the edges: a torn curtain, missing moldings... It was a tad shabby, and certainly showed better in the photos.
tudo como combinado..localidade, excelente. apt conforme a foto.. limpeza ok..perto de tudo..o achado desse apt., e o supermercado abaixo do prédio..
I had a nice stay. The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos and the check in and check out were super easy: they have an office with two staff members who can keep your luggage after you check out and arrange a taxi to the airport. I also used the common laundry room in the building, which was easy and convenient. The only problem is that the apartment was extremely cold. Temperatures were below zero in Santiago during my visit, and despite the fact that there were two heaters in the apartment, one in the living room and another by the bed, the apartment was always freezing.

I am an engineer from Santiago, Chile. I really like outdoors activities such as trekking, mountaineering, biking, and ski. I am very lucky to live in Chile where I can do all this.
