  • I had a nice stay. The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos and the check in and check out were super easy: they have an office with two staff members who can keep your luggage after you check out and arrange a taxi to the airport. I also used the common laundry room in the building, which was easy and convenient. The only problem is that the apartment was extremely cold. Temperatures were below zero in Santiago during my visit, and despite the fact that there were two heaters in the apartment, one in the living room and another by the bed, the apartment was always freezing.

  • The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quite nice.

  • We had a great time at Juan Pablo's apartment and he and the team in the office were very helpful when we had any question at all. The apartment is spacious and its location if perfect if you want to explore Santiago. Many sights and restaurants are within walking distance. Also, the supermarket on the first floor makes the stay really easy. We definitely would stay there again.

  • We stayed at the "Loft in Bellas Artes-Best Location" for a few days in March 2014. We had an easy and simple check-in with Juan Pablo who was in his office as he had promised. Aside from the fact that it is located in a huge apartment building, it WAS the best location! We could see the Cerro Santa Lucia from the apartment and could walk to the park in about five minutes. In addition, we were within walking distance (5-10 minutes) to La Starria area with some great restaurants. Also, there is a grocery store right under the apartment which was very convenient!
The apartment had a lot of windows, but we had to keep the blinds down most of the time due to the heat and the fact that the living room looked out at an office building; however, the place was cozy and totally worth it. In addition, you absolutely have to check out the pool at the top of the building! Great view! The only down side to the place: seriously lacking in kitchen tools (no sharp knife or cutting board, no salt and pepper) (c'mon!) and just basic kitchen stuff. And although the apartment was tidy and neat, it could have used a little more thorough cleaning in the kitchen (lots of gross crumbs stuck in the glass table) and the cabinets were a little dirty.
But that said, I would totally stay there again.

  • This apartment is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and well located. Rooftop pool and terrace were great, as were laundry facilities. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We had some challenges with the wifi which we resolved by using the free internet on the ground floor as well as by using the wifi in the lovely Caffe Opera just up the street. We would definitely stay there again.

  • The loft matched the pictures and was located in a convenient/safe location. I could walk pretty much everywhere. Because this is a big apartment complex, it had less of a personal touch than other airbnbs that I've stayed at, and I would have appreciated more than 1 towel. Otherwise, I recommend this as a good place to stay if you'd like to be in walking distance to Bellavista and Lastarria.

  • Exactly like the pictures, and even a nice view! Was super clean and comfortable. Easy to find, and groceries right below. We had our clothes cleaned across the street (as we were traveling for some time). Juan Pablo was a very gracious host.

  • Our new home away from home in Santiago. A sweet loft and Juan and his crew are top notch. I would love to stay there again...when I'm in Chile. BTW you need to know their company name for the doorman as a lot of orgs share the buildings. The pool in bldg A was a sweet touch as well.

  • Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Un appartement propre, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé au centre ville, avec un supermarché tout près. Un équipe serviable!
