Rarely in my life I met people so disorganized, false and inadequate to travel. The first time I was asked for information about the bus from Naples to Agerola was at midnight the day before arrival. They immediately tried to attribute to the host the responsibility of their choice (taxi) to get to my place, complaining about how much they had spent. Having no internet and mobile phones, my son who perfectly knows English has been forced to pick them up with the intermediary of a person in the place, being they unable to communicate with us for the correct indications even though I had previously communicated the correct address. On the evening of their arrival, a free dinner was prepared despite the presence at 100 mt of two restaurants and this was not mentioned in a review just full of lies. The SITA bus from Agerola to Amalfi spends half an hour in the event of traffic and not an hour as claimed by them. Scheduling does not depend on my responsibility and in any case the races are precise and you just have to keep up the timetable to avoid overcrowding due to the summer season. The air conditioner would only have problems one evening and was judged to be working from the useless intervention of a technician I called. Stephanie has given discriminatory judgments of the apartment not only in terms of cleanliness but also on furnishings just as false as can be seen from the many positive reviews received and the pictures and descriptions in the ad. During their stay I was only one day present despite my health problems but there were my mother and my son who speaks English perfectly and I was in constant telephone contact when needed. They were taken by me by the tourist office and points of interest (bus stop, supermarket) and brochures and directions in English were provided for a pleasant vacation. Regarding the use of my washing machine, my mother offered to wash, dry and return their garments with the utmost availability. They also had a very bad and false attitude by never expressing any complaints to either me or Airbnb during their stay but even requiring a refund two days after their return home.
