A friend and I stayed at Peter's house after booking last minute. He responded extremely quickly to our messages and answered our questions right off the bat. Upon arrival, Peter ensured that we had everything we needed and more. He was friendly, funny, and above all inviting. It felt as if I was staying in my own home. The pictures are very accurate. Should the need arise in the future, this is our first choice in the area.
I stayed at Peter's house. It is a charming colonial. Peter is very gracious. He went out of his way to give me rides. His house is very conveniently located. I would stay here again in a New York minute.
Great location. Host was responsive, helpful and easy to work with.
Peter was a great host throughout the short stay I had in his nice, cozy house.
The area was very safe and convenient for transportation to the rest of the city.
Since this was my first BnB experience, I didn't know what to expect. The experienced I received now makes me wonder why I haven't used bnb when traveling previously. Peter was incredibly hospitable. The house was warm and inviting and most important of all kept immaculate. He was also very helpful about local activities and attractions. My experience definitely exceeded my expectations.
Yet once again, Peter was a gracious host. I hesitate to say "host", as I consider him more like a family member. Everything was perfect! Although I did not have an opportunity to spend any length of time on the "cozy porch", it's a favorite nook of mine. I enjoy my "treat" basket, in the room, when I arrive. I never feel the need to hesitate going into the refrigerator to store my leftovers or purchased goods. It's as if I am at home. Thank you, Peter! I will certainly be returning.....again.
I arrive jetlagged from two delayed transatlantic flights on a chilly, damp evening and was met by a roaring fire in the fireplace....and it only got better. Peter greeted me with a warm welcome and is the ultimate "innkeeper," totally concerned about his guests' comfort and needs. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable and well-located just one block from PC with easy access to both downcity and the interstate. Peter takes great pride in both his family home and his lodging business and it shows.
