Interaction with Guests
Minimal interaction with hosts.
No smoking or drugs. We go to bed early, so quiet is appreciated after 9pm.
I stayed at mission hideout for six nights with my boyfriend. We had a very wonderful experience. Judith was welcoming and responded to our needs and questions in no time. The room basically has everything you need for travel, and we really like the artist decoration and some delicate small designs. The window just faced a nice and quiet garden.
Judith also gave very helpful information for the sightseeing in the city and the parking location. We would definitely want to stay here again if we got another chance to visit SF!
Our stay with Judith was exactly what we hoped it would be. Perfect. The accommodation was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and well located. The neighborhood was fun and anyplace that has Apple - Caramel - BACON Donuts within a block automatically gets 5 stars in my book. Judith was the perfect hostess - helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and warm. I WILL be back.
Judith was very welcoming and most gracious. She immediately replied to my questions in the weeks prior to arrival. The apartment was spotless, very cozy and thoughtfully furnished. There was very little noise and the bed was quite comfortable, sleep was easy.
I did not spend time in the neighborhood aside from walking to the bus stops. It appeared to be as safe as most other areas of San Francisco. The bus stops are very close and easy to get to.
I definitely recommend the Hideout, you will not be disappointed!
Judith was really welcoming and responsive, giving me all the details I needed to know. She made sure I felt good at her place.
The Hideout is cosy, quiet and very clean. It is a lovely place. I enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to the Mission.
I would definitely recommend to stay at Judith's place for your stay in SF!
We love Judith and her lovely studio in The Mission area! Judith made us feel at home straight away and was always willing to have a chat to us when we needed help or ideas. The studio itself is great and has everything you could need and is really private and quiet. The area is awesome and couldn't be more convenient to public transport with the bus literally 50 metres away! We miss San Fran and The Hideout already :)
My husband Peter and I had a wonderful stay at Judith's home in the Mission District. Her place is comfortable and we loved the bathroom! Modern and comfortable. Her neighborhood is filled with wonderful authentic Mexican food, bakeries and great coffee. The murals are fantastic! We highly recommend her home if you are visiting SF!
The room was perfect for our quick stay in SF. We wanted to be in the Mission District, so the location was perfect- walking distance to food and activities, and close to a Bart stop for traveling elsewhere. The room itself is small, but just the right size for two people staying a short amount of time. Everything was tidy and clean, and Judith herself was very sweet. She provided us with everything we needed, as well as some recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay here again!
I spent 22 years living in England before I moved to San Francisco. I am an artist and have an artist studio in our Mission house....My daughter Jess works from home as a medical researcher and we live with her 8 year old son, Romy. We adore San Francisco and always feel that we are so lucky to live in this gorgeous place with the perfect climate and extraordinary lively and positive energy.
