I would like to present my studio condo for your stay in the heart of Waikiki. The level of quality I offer is unmatched at such a reasonable price. I am the sole owner and I personally operate/manage. See you soon
My unit was renovated in 2013 and is fully furnished. Located on the twenty nine (29th) floor, with panoramic view from the large (116sqft) tiled lanai (balcony) with views of both the historic Ala Wai Canal, ocean ,city, mountains surrounding Waikiki and every Friday you can see the fireworks from the lanai.
A large table and chairs are on the lanai for you to enjoy lovely Hawaiian sunsets.
The studio have a queen size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two as well as a double closet with an abundance of space.
The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator , a two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, glasses, dishes, utensils, & a wine opener etc.
All is provided for your convenience.
The condo has a full bathroom, which is tiled, includes a shower and soak tub. Fresh bed linens, bath and beach towels, and hair dryer are provided.
There is an ironing board, iron, and built in combination safe for your valuables inside the closet.
Free Secure Wifi inside your room, Cable TV, AC, Combination Safe, 24hr Security. You will find everything you need to have a great time.
On the lobby you will found tour and activities operator and coffee place.
The entire sixth (6th) floor is devoted to the many amenities for your enjoyment and leisure during your stay. Amenities include a very large Pool with views overlooking the Canal and mountains, Community Sized tiled Jacuzzi, Dry Sauna, New Fitness Center featuring excellent equipment and a view of the Pool while you work out, Many Cabanas and lounge chairs for sun worshipers and benches for romantic stargazing and conversation, as well as Numerous BBQ grills and tables for outdoor cookouts. You also have a Mini Market open until midnight and 24hr Laundry, all on the vast, expansive sixth floor. Security is 24hrs and there is video monitoring .
Located at 445 Seaside Avenue in the heart of Waikiki, it faces the Ala Wai Canal. It is only two (2) blocks to Waikiki beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free Mall (DFS), and the grocery store is only one (1) minutes walk away. One block from Bus stops that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall. It’s only two (2) blocks from the beach.
You can rent a car, a bicycle or mopeds one (1) mn.
For the people who like to run in the morning or at sundown, we are across a beautiful jogging path along the canal (Ala Wai Blvd.).
You can park for free on Ala Wai Blvd. You just need to move your car on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am for street sweeping. You can park in my buildings parking garage for $30/day or I can have a parking stall in the garage across the street that I rent for $15/day or $90/week( no big car).
Other Things to Note
I have also one bedroom unit in the same condo located on the 10th floor and two studios on the 14th and 15th floor you can see on my airbnb profile.
The cleaning fee $85 is included in the Airbnb price for the booking from March 6,2015
I just ask you to respect the apartment as if it was your and to turn off the AC when you are out.
The check in time is after 3pm and check out before 11am, if I can offer you a early check in or late check out I will always do it without any extra.
From Jan 1 - Feb 29, 2016 the minimum stay is 45 nights.
The location was excellent. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Olivier was a great host, met us with the keys, and gave us a tour. A great place to stay near Waikiki Beach.
From the time we met Oliver he made us feel right at home in Waikiki. From the chilled wine, drinks and snacks to the courteous messages our stay was great! The apartment was clean and welcoming and he told us he had only had the bed for 6 nights! The view from the top is beyond amazing! I enjoyed that he knew I was a teacher and brought it up in the elevator saying "I read it all!" It was so great to work with someone who loves hosting and Oliver was our perfect fit. Celebrating the end to our honeymoon here was a great choice all around!

Im Gebäudekomplex stehen unter anderem ein Fitnessraum, ein Pool, eine Sauna sowie Gasgrills zur freien Verfügung.
Olivier ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief vor und während des Aufenthalts jederzeit freundlich, reibungslos und effizient.
Auch meine Flugverspätung von über 6h bei der Ankunft in Honolulu war kein Problem, Olivier empfing mich um 02:00 in der Nacht äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ich kann Olivier und das Studio uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Ich fühlte mich in meinen 4 Wochen auf jeden Fall wie zuhause!
WOW! My whole experience was 5* and way above my fiancé and i's expectations. Olivier was a fantastic host, even met us at gone 1am due a flight change of ours! When we got to the room there was a bottle of white wine in a bucket on ice and 2 glasses on the balcony (which is huge with breath taking views) and he was there for us whenever we needed him, which was actually only once to ask about the best car rentals around.
The apartment block is ideally situated, everything you need and more is within walking distance. Fantastic bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Highly recommend 'dukes' bar & grill on Waikiki beach and 'the yard house' which has the most beers on tap in the world.
I can't recommend oliviers place enough, if your thinking about it, DO IT! You won't be sorry!

We spent our honeymoon with the most amazing view and fantastic location. Olivier was so helpful and even looked after our bags when we arrived, gave us a chance to change and freshen up to go explore until our room was ready.
The location is perfect, we walked to everywhere!!

Listing description and picture was as advertised. The neighborhood was safe. Short walk to the beach. great view of the ocean. Very nice pool hot tub on 6th floor and well stocked store at reasonable prices. Olivier was very accommodating. He personally stored our luggage on the last day so we could explore then made sure we had a place to clean up / change before we were off to the airport. Awesome view of Diamond Head given to us by Olivier from the Roof patio area.
Oliver was great. He was very communicative leading up to our stay, checked in with us during and made sure to let us know details on departure before we left.
The condo was clean, well supplied and in a great location on Waikiki. Couldn't have been happier.
