Stayed at Trevor's place for three night's. It was perfect for our visit to NYC and Brooklyn. Clean and as it appears in photos. It was about a ten to fifteen minute walk to subway, which we didn't mind. Would stay again for sure. Trevor and his brother we both very nice, and there is a very friendly cat in the garden!
The apartment was clean and nice but we would not recommend it. It is at least 20 minutes from any train station and you have to walk through areas which seem unsafe. But what we really didn't like about the apartment was that it was impossible to cook anything. There's a fire alarm right in the kitchen and it will start ringing like crazy just toasting bagels! Maybe there was a way to turn it off but we stayed 7 nights and never met Trevor or anybody else.
If you are looking for a cheap apartment, you may like Trevor's but keep in mind you can only microwave or eat cold food.
Trevor was a great host would return in the future nice clean place everything you need to relax after a day in NY
I had a wonderful experience staying at Trevors'. To start this was my first time using the application and I choose the right place and person.. He is very helpful and kind. The apartment is charming and comfortable, in a nice area. Accessible to everything and very cozy! Can't wait to go back..
Trevor was a great host. He made me feel really welcome and he quickly responded to the minor issues I had. The apartment is VERY modern. It's fully stocked with enough kitchenware for you to cook a full meal. I thought the space heater was a nice touch since it was chilly outside. Although it's a good trek to city, there are buses and trains nearby. Overall, I would recommend staying with Trevor if you're looking for a lot of bang for your buck.
Brand new appartments, it has EVERYTHING you need!! we went this winter and it was always warm. Trevor is the best host :)
The apartment was great! It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Trevor was so accommodating and helpful
The apartment was great and cosy, feel like at home.
Cannot beat the price for this clean, quiet space! Trevor is there if you need him and not when you don't. It was nice having the anonymity of a hotel but with the flexibility of a home. The bus stops really close (1 minute walk) and can take you straight to downtown Brooklyn or to the subway for trips to Manhattan.
The apartment is simple but clean. It was perfect for our weekend to the area for a wedding. Thanks Trevor!
The check-in was easy. Trevor's brother was there to meet us with the keys, he was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, new, and super quiet. Guests don't have to worry about traffic noise, this is a quiet apt. on a quiet street. Overall this was a great airbnb experience and we'd stay here again.
