Our lovely one bedroom apartment was built in the 1930's and has most of its original fixtures. It is located in the heart of “Screenland" and a mere walk to Downtown Culver City, which offers a wide array of restaurants catering to every taste. We are also half a block away from Sony Studios and minutes away from Century City, Beverly Hills, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica. Downtown L.A. is a half hour drive and is also accessible by train using the Expo Line. LAX is 15 minutes away.
Our flat has a cozy and inviting living room with an entertainment center that includes a plasma TV, DVD and VCR player.
Wifi is available. In addition, our dining room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and is well equipped for you to prepare that perfect home cooked meal. Our bedroom offers a full size bed, drawers, and closet. The bathroom has a shower and tub. We are on the second floor and have a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view of the neighborhood.
We have called this flat our home for the last sixteen years. It is perfect because of its location and convenience. We walk to the movie theater, restaurants, Starbucks, Trader Joe's. For you fitness enthusiasts, we are very close to the Ballona Creek Bike Path and walking distance to Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook where you can push yourself to the limits and enjoy a fantastic view of the entire Westside of Los Angeles. It is also a very safe neighborhood with the Culver City Police and Fire departments nearby. Overall, Culver City is simply a hidden gem.

Interaction with Guests
We like to welcome our guests personally by meeting them in the flat. Giving them a short tour and explaining all the basic necessities. We also make our guests feel free to call or email us should they have questions or needs. We like to have our guests feel very much and treat our home as theirs.
We are walking distance to Downtown Culver City which offers a wide array of eateries, a cinema complex, and Trader Joe's. Furthermore, we are near a post office, the Culver City Police and Fire Department. Culver City is also mere minutes away from nearby beach areas like Venice, Santa Monica, and Manhattan. Truly a gem to discover.
The Culver City Transit is our bus system that runs throughout Culver City and to neighboring cities like Century City, Venice, and Santa Monica. There is also the Expo Line (Metro Rail), a subway that runs from Culver City to Downtown Los Angeles.
Other Things to Note
One week minimum stay is required.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace balcony. Please NO SMOKING in the apartment. Kitchen amenities include a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, tea kettle, and should you be inclined to cook a meal, help yourself to a variety of cooking spices inside our well stocked cupboard and pop open a bottle of wine selected from our stash, and simply feel right at home. Also, we will include street parking permits with the rental at no cost.
