Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure

Propane tank for grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
Pets are allowed if disclosed and for an extra $100 per pet fee .
Extra cleaning fees may applied if the guest don’t follow rules or leave the house extra messy
There will be a fee for late check out of $50 if within 1 hour late , or $100 if two hours late
