Newly renovated studio apartment located in the basement of a young family’s home. Family’s living space is on the 1st floor with all their bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Separate entrance for the basement space. Kitchenette and two queen beds. TV and table and chairs also available in the space (not included in the pictures). 2 blocks from McLean Ave. 10 mins walk to Wakefield Metro North station which has trains frequently to Grand Central. Train takes 30 minutes. No smoking permitted.
