Winter in Amsterdam! If you feel excited to have all Amsterdam has to offer, beautiful canals, museums & nightlife but prefer a modern & comfortable place to sleep just outside of city centre, then I'd be more than happy to welcome you as my guest!
This nice room with a cosy hotel-room feel is part of a modern 3-bedroom apartment:
- The room is 13 m2 with a lockable door
- Very comfortable box spring bed (1.80 * 2 m) with two seperate mattrasses and a topdeck.
- Flatscreen TV
- FREE WIFI
- Big closet with hangers for your clothes
- Table with chair
- Fresh towels and sheets
If you come with 3 persons I will set up an extra bed in the room.
The room is directly on the right when you enter the apartment so you will have a lot of privacy.
The bathroom is modern and has a rain/steamshower, (with music and lights in it), and there is a nice bubblebath ! So, after a long day of walking in Amsterdam you can relax in the jacuzzi. There is a separate toilet.
Bathroom and toilet are shared.

Please always check with me the available check-in time to avoid disappointment. Once you stay here, I will provide you with all the necessary information needed and I will help you find your way around! Please notice: you rent one room, so I'll be in the house also :)
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (elevator available) of a new apartment building in the Bos en Lommer area.
Bos en Lommer is situated just west of Amsterdam's city centre and is a hip and upcoming neighbourhood with cultural diversity, good price/quality ratio and large variety of restaurants. Within a range of 150 meters there are 3 supermarkets (Albert Heijn open until 22.00), 3 banks, a daily outside market (from Tuesday - Saturday) and several nice, cheap places to eat.
Try the Turkish pizza at restaurant Bir Tat for only €2 euro! Furthermore, there is a Kentucky Fried Chicken, a Snackbar, a Thai (Kratiam), Italian (Michelangelo and Domino's pizza) and International restaurant (podium Mozaiek).
I can give you tips for nice restaurants in the city centre. I have tried a lot of them myself ;)

Daniella's accommodation is top notch with all the mod conds as described, and an easy commute's reach to downtown Amsterdam down town but beyond...Buses and Trams are 1 minute's walk from the apartment block entrance...There quite a few shops in the nearby square ( Lommerplein) where you can browse for clothes and apparel bargain to your daily groceries...
The Flat is very clean and quiet.
Didn't get chance to liaise with Daniella too much as I was gallivanting out and about, but from the little I did,she was a sympathetic person and offered valuable advice to my questions. wrt surrounding places.
La maison de Daniella est vraiment chaleureuse et confortable . On se sent très vite chez soi .
J'ai apprécie ma visite et j’espère revenir sur Amsterdam très bientôt
Daniella is a real great host. The flat looks really similar to the pictures and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The bed was great and the area is really quiet. Public transportation is made easy from there, you can get to most areas really quick. I would consider going back if I am going to Amsterdam again! :)
It was a short visit but perfectly! Nice bed, clean bathroom. Friendly host. And nice she could arrange things for me at very short notice. I would recomment this room.
Daniella's place was perfectly located for my work meetings. It is also just a quick bus trip into town and very conveniently located to get to the airport. Daniella was very flexible with my arrival time, the room was big and very clean with my own coffee machine and fridge. I will stay again.
Foi tudo muito bom, Daniella gentil e solícita, o apto ótimo, bem localizado e confortável. Recomendamos, sem dúvida.
The room was a good size and cozy. Though the host was not there, she left a lot of information about what the city offers and it's public transit. Can't say one thing bad about the place. It's about 25 min from downtown, but loved the fact that it was. Room was clean, bed sheets were clean. Room has a coffee machine. If you put the shades down, the room can get pretty dark! Would use this room again and strongly recommend it. Oh and there's a police station right next door in case you need it. I didn't! :) meaning neighborhood is safe.

I have been an airbnb host for over a year now and so far it has been a wonderful experience. I am easygoing and love to meet people from all over the world. I love to travel too, on my bucket list are still New York, Dubai, thailand etc etc. I often go to Spain, since my parents haved moved there. My mother is half Italian, so I speak a bit Italian too. I have been living in Amsterdam since my studies and still think it is a great city. I like surfing the internet, reading, movies, fitness and trying new restaurants in town. I speak Dutch, English and a bit of Italian, Spanish, German and French :).
I am looking forward to having you as my guest!
