It is situated on one of Dubai's most popular pedestrian boulevards, with scores of cafe's, restaurants and night spots to chose from. The JBR beach is also at your doorstep, with three kilometers of white sandy beaches and Dubai's best beach resorts to enjoy.

Dubai Marina may be the best neighborhood in Dubai. It has everything within a relatively small footprint, including white sandy beaches and beach resorts, the largest man-made Marina in the world, housing a number of yacht clubs, with long pedestrian walkways on the water. The walkways are lined with many cafes and restaurants, including some of Dubai's best. It also boasts one of the most impressive skylines in the world, with three of the world's four tallest residential skyscrapers in close proximity.
It also has a large mall, all the services you may need, and a easy connectivity to all the remaining attractions in Dubai, by Metro and extensive road network. By the end of 2014, Dubai Marina will be connected by an overland tramway dedicated to the area.

The appartment was really (website hidden) advertised....spacious in strategic location..everything with walking distance...complimentary breakfast food was a plus...Only some issues regarding the lack of hot water in the shower..and some communication issues regarding how to get to the appartment and how to check out...(i had to call and ask when normally i should have prior information)...ib general it was a pleasant stay.
We came in to Dubai very late. The late arrival was no problem. We are travelling with an infant and a 3yr old.
Communication with the host and his associate was prompt and precise.
The apartment looks great, very clean and spacious. The view from the bedroom and balcony are stunning. It is close to everything. You can take the elevator to the reception, then grab another elevator that is close to the grocery store exit, and you are on The Walk. The beach is right below and very accessible.
2 supermarkets, and a pharmacy are just few steps away.
Pools are available most time of the day, and can be accessed with the key card provided.
We found the whole area very child friendly, clean and inviting. The Marina will probably cover most of your needs, entertainment, food and (website hidden). I left 2x NOL (metro/tram) cards with 25ish dirham in one of the boxes near the table. Enjoy.
It's not the first time we stayed in Walid appartements, but this time we where a little afraid, we came very early in the morning with baby and didn't find sheet, bathroom was not cleaned and there is no opaque curtain so you have to wake up with sunrise and go to bed with sunset. Day after some one comes to clean the bathroom and to give us sheet. Despite these annoying arrival, flat is very well located 5 min by walking from the beach, supermarket just under and close to the swimming pool. Welcome package of tea, coffee, fruit etc was a really nice touch. Just a few opaque curtains and we will definitely like to stay again.

Itse asunto vastaa - poikkeuksellisesti - kuvia. Sijanti on erinomainen, asunto on siisti, tilava ja viihtyisä, upeat näköalat. Saimme loistavaa palvelua niin Walidilta kuin Sherozeelta. Kiitos paljon! Perheemme (1- ja 4-vuotiaat lapset) ensimmäinen Dubain reissu oli todella onnistunut.
Communication leading up to our visit was great. Walid answered all questions and helped us by facilitating an early check in (our flight arrived at 3AM. Not only was the apartment clean but we were provided a few necessities like milk, bread, apples, juice and a fresh jug of bottled water for the water cooler. The apartment is in a great location. There are 3 pools on site and access to the beach is across the road. The Walk in JBR has every restaurant you can imagine and the new Tram provides easy transport around JBR or to the Metro which allows you to get just about anywhere in urban Dubai.
We met our contactperson as planned. The apartment was nice and looked like the pictures.
The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect near the beach, the 3 pools and the metro. You have everything close, even the doctor and pharmacies.
Downsides are, that the apartment is a little worn down. The ceilings are f.x. a bit damaged from moisture.
The kitchen is a little "under-equipped" and we had to buy dish-cloths and kitchen cloths ourselves.
But we probably stayed in the apartment a bit more than other people, because our daughter was ill. Maybe you don´,t notice all these things, if you get out more.
Walid was in contact with us during our daughters illness and he was helpful. He arranged, that we could have a late check-out, which was extremely helpful in our situation.
One thing you will never get tired of, is the view from every window in the apartment. It is absolutely stunning!!
We loved the morning sun on the balcony and the quiet but yet entertaining area of the building block. And we loved the view of the Atlantis and the palm.
Walids representative was very helpful upon our arrival into dubai , advising us on exactly where to go and how. The apartment exceeded expectations with three breathtaking views and a welcoming gift of breakfast essentials.
