Guests are not permitted in the garage. Please do not add water to the pool or jacuzzi, and close the jacuzzi cover after each use. Kindly fold down all umbrellas when leaving the pool area. If you're staying over a Tuesday, please keep the area around the garbage bin clear so the garbage truck has an unobstructed path for collection.
Above all, please treat the house as if it were your own - it helps us keep this home clean and welcoming for every guest.

Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests staying on the property. The base rate covers up to 16 guests; each additional guest is subject to a fee of $85 per person, per night—even after check-in. A one-time pet fee of $300 applies per stay.
