Families, couple's retreats, trail riders, wedding parties, and hunters.
Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Large parking area in back. Unwind on the deck with the fire pit, in the downstairs space with pool, or enjoying a beverage in the chilled glasses.
The upper level has four bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Full bath with shower and laundry located upstairs, full kitchen located in lower level and 2 half baths.

The space
Downstairs area has a great hang out area for families, groups, and to unwind. It can be accessed from Mt Rushmore Rd without any steps. Pool table, kitchen area with table, 2 futons, bar table, backyard with picnic tables and grill. There are two half bathrooms on this level and accessible without steps.
Upstairs is accessed either from back deck area or steps from the living room. There are 4 bedrooms, one full bath with washer/dryer combo, a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator and a sink, and a work space island near the stairway.

Guest access
The entire townhouse, deck, backyard, and parking area are available to use. Access is through back gated area and key codes to either downstairs or upper doors. The door to Mt Rushmore Rd can also be used and this door does not require steps to access the downstairs.

Other things to note
i Here's why I love this place: its historic charm, its location near the best donuts in South Dakota (in my opinion!), and the ability to walk to restaurants and bars or relax on the deck by the fire pit. Custer, SD, is a special place, and this location is close to the attractions while retaining it's history of the brothel.
