Cute and cozy, this real life dollhouse sized home is located in the most architecturally charming and walkable section of center city. This historic brick home is completely updated and has all the amenities one would need.
This is a 3 story (plus basement) historical home that has been completely renovated. The perfect pied-à-terre, just bring your personal belongings, everything else is provided. There is a queen bed with a regular mattress and box spring in the bedroom and full length mirror. Fresh towels and linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi throughout and cable TV in the living room.
You will have the entire house to yourself to relax and make yourself at home living like a local among the surrounding 18th century brick homes and cobblestone streets.
Interaction with Guests
This is not our main residence and unfortunately we will not be able to meet you. There will be a lock box with code for your key access. I am very flexible on arrival/departure times just let me know what your plans are and we will accommodate you.
Just a few blocks from the Liberty Bell and all of Philadelphia's popular sites, the home is located on a quiet alleyway with no thru traffic. This location is ideal for visiting the city as there are dozens of popular restaurants and shops within walking distance in this beautiful and safe neighborhood. There are daily lots within blocks though if you need to park, street parking is limited but available as well.
Right in center city you can access all public transit as well as walk to many lovely restaurants and shops.
Other Things to Note
Society Hill is a charming historic neighborhood and is a beautiful and safe place to walk around while visiting Philadelphia.
No smoking in or around the house, other than that just make yourself at home!
A lovely little flat in a fantastic location. Very central, with lots of interesting things to look at nearby (in fact all the great Philly stuff is within walking distance). The flat itself was great; good wifi, very comfy bed and sofa, and really cosy - the heating worked very quickly, which was great considering it was snowing in March!
I didn't meet Alex, but she was very responsive with any questions I had, and having the door code made things very simple.
A lovely stay - I would definitely do it again!
Had a perfectly lovely stay
Centrally located, with many top-notch shops, restaurants, bars etc.. close by as well as most Center City attractions within walking distance. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished, and is quite cozy.
I very much enjoyed my month staying in Alex's cozy apartment.. It was a great location in Philadelphia, which I found to be a nicely walkable city. Alex was very responsive and quickly resolved an internet glitch for me the day I arrived. No complaints. Would book again.
Super cozy and cute little place in the middle of Philly. Alexandra has nicely furnished and decorated the place with all amenities so we feel at home. Total privacy guaranteed. Definitely much better than staying at a hotel.
For out of towners who wish to experience Philadelphia the way folks may have lived in the late 1700s, a trinity is the perfect example. There are several variations, but this quaint little spot is perfect, on the smaller size. For a Washington Square location, it is prime to the eclectic stores and local eats of South Street, three supermarkets within minutes walking, the architectural sights of Society Hill's cobblestone streets and brick homes, to Washington Square and Independence Park. There are stairs, to be expected, but it is cozy, and has everything you may need including W/D and if staying for a considerable length or due to poor weather (I stayed long term), very decent cable (something many AirBnBs state but is worth less than basic). Plus the bedroom has a view, rare, and you can see the tops of some of the higher buildings of Philadelphia all lit up at night and trees nearby :-) Any questions, just ask Alexandra, helpful! I'd stay here again.
We really like our visit of philadelphia, the house was perfect, well located, nice and clean. instruction sheet was helping us particlarly with internet connection

Hi! I have lived all over the US and am currently spending most of my time traveling for work.
I have a penchant for the idea of minimalist living and love my little clutter free homes.
