The Space

A hotel room won't give you the insight into Charleston culture that you'll get in this beautiful home in West Ashley. Right behind the West Ashley Greenway which is perfect for running/biking!

There is a bus stop .5 miles away for the bus that goes downtown.
We're also only 15 minutes from the airport.

The home is beautiful decorated and fully furnished. Full kitchen and dining room access.

The bathroom is in the hallway, and you'd share with other guests if there are any.

Breakfast is generally not included, but if we're up at the same time, you're always invited to our table.

Wireless high speed internet available.
Street Parking available.

  • Adrian is an amazing host. I wound up cancelling my trip because my grandma died. My family moved the funeral back and I was able to make it down for a day to go to my best friend's wedding. Adiran went above and beyond to work with airbnb to reinstate my reservation. He is one of the nicest people we encountered that weekend!

  • Staying with Adrián was a pleasure! His house is beautiful and perfectly located only 15 minutes out of downtown charleston. He is the most wonderful and accommodating host and gave us incredible recommendations for things to do in Charleston. I would highly recommend you to stay with Adrián while in Charleston I can guarantee it will be better than any of the overly priced hotels downtown.

  • The place was just like it looks in the pictures. Adrian was out of the country during our stay, but he stayed in constant contact and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all it was a great stay, especially for booking so last minute.

  • Staying in Adrian's house was great. He has a clavinova, so I was even able to practice the piano. Very straightforward and pleasant stay - my first experience of airbnb!

  • We spent a week at Adrian's home and it was a great experience. Adrian made us welcome from the start and gave us great advice about things to do and see in the Charleston area as well as recommended restaurants. His accommodations were most comfortable and extremely clean. On our first morning (Sunday) he invited us for breakfast on the back deck of pecan pancakes and all the fixings. Yum! Adrian is very friendly and we had a lot of interesting discussions all week at breakfast. Otherwise, we were out and about all day and into the evening.

  • My boyfriend and I used airbnb for the first time! We had such a blast this past weekend at Adrián's home! It was beautiful and peaceful! We actually got lost on the way down and he was so so kind and made us homemade hummus and had the wine open for us when we arrived! He is the sweetest! I thoroughly enjoyed his electric keyboard and back patio! He was super knowledgable and shared many amazing places to eat and things happening that weekend. We each shared stories together and would certainly love to go and visit Adrián again soon!!

  • Great home in a very quiet neighbourhood, easy access into Charleston. Recommended

  • Adrián's house looks just like it does in the photos - clean, spacious, bright. While we didn't get to meet Adrián because he was out of town, his directions were thorough and he gave us great recommendations. Compared to the prices of most of Charleston's inns and b&b's, this was a great place to stay, with a quick drive downtown.

I'm originally from Argentina but have been living in the US for about 12 years. I have traveled all around the US and Latin America. I love traveling and meeting new people. I like to cook and I can appreciate a one-on-one conversation as much as a group hangout
