You will have everything you want in this home: a charming neighborhood close to University Avenue shops and restaurants in Palo Alto, a beautifully updated home with excellent kitchen and common areas, en suite bathrooms with each bedroom, and a gracious host. An excellent location for a Stanford visit (only 1.5 miles to Palm Drive) and a great alternative to area hotels.
This was our second stay in Bob's gorgeous house. Everything was wonderful.
Wonderful space and the hosts left everything perfectly.
We felt like home in Bob's house. He had everything in the house that we could have asked for. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, the house is big, well taken care of and functional. It's very close to restaurants on University Ave.
I would love to stay at Bob's house again.
Such a beautiful, cozy house. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and you can't beat the proximity to downtown Palo Alto.
Great, comfortable home in Menlo park. Bob was a wonderful host. When we a small electrical problem, Bob came right over and helped us fix the problem. The home has everything you could ask for and MORE, Bob is more than generous with his home. The bathrooms are filled with helpful towels, shampoos and hairdryers, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could hope for. You would be luck to rent from this man. Can't wait to stay here again!!
Bob was wonderful in accommodating our group. His home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We reserved his home for a team retreat, and even though it is still in town, it felt like we were on a Tahoe getaway. He provides everything you could possibly think of -- coffee, all the kitchen necessities, etc. I would highly recommend booking with Bob if you can!
Excellent three-night stay in Bob and Pam's lovely, extremely well-equipped home. The description on the website is completely accurate. Plenty of room for the four of us (women friends on an annual reunion weekend)--and the house could easily accomodate three couples. The neighborhood is charming and very convenient to downtown Palo Alto and an even closer cluster of shops, including a grocery store, featuring the Bob-endorsed delicious take-out burritos.
This is the best place I've been to with AirBnb.
Super clean, tidy and quite.
We were 3 and it was simply perfect. I highly recommend this place.
The house is incredible- great layout with everything you need and then some. Tremendous backyard and in a quiet neighborhood that's not far from action on University Avenue. Just as impressive as the house is the hospitality from Bob & Pam. We were attending a big Stanford football game and Bob provided the taxi service up to campus in a ton of traffic. And when a friend left a couple things behind, Bob sent it that same day via FedEx to his house. Above and beyond in many ways and I can say with confidence you will not be disappointed with this rental. It is what AirBnb is all about
