  • You will have everything you want in this home: a charming neighborhood close to University Avenue shops and restaurants in Palo Alto, a beautifully updated home with excellent kitchen and common areas, en suite bathrooms with each bedroom, and a gracious host. An excellent location for a Stanford visit (only 1.5 miles to Palm Drive) and a great alternative to area hotels.

  • We felt like home in Bob's house. He had everything in the house that we could have asked for. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, the house is big, well taken care of and functional. It's very close to restaurants on University Ave.

I would love to stay at Bob's house again.

  • Bob was wonderful in accommodating our group. His home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We reserved his home for a team retreat, and even though it is still in town, it felt like we were on a Tahoe getaway. He provides everything you could possibly think of -- coffee, all the kitchen necessities, etc. I would highly recommend booking with Bob if you can!

  • Excellent three-night stay in Bob and Pam's lovely, extremely well-equipped home. The description on the website is completely accurate. Plenty of room for the four of us (women friends on an annual reunion weekend)--and the house could easily accomodate three couples. The neighborhood is charming and very convenient to downtown Palo Alto and an even closer cluster of shops, including a grocery store, featuring the Bob-endorsed delicious take-out burritos.

About
My wife and I raised two children in Menlo Park where we have lived for the past 22 years. We enjoy living here and think you'll be pleased to stay here as well. My wife Pam was an executive for a large non-profit organization and I took photographs for magazines and Silicon Valley corporations. Both of us are now retired and look forward to travel and staying at other Airbnb rentals.
