About This Listing
Very comfortable, modern, clean, and incredibly well-located apartment in Roma Norte/Condesa. Walking distance to the best of the city and lots of public transportation.

Guests have access to both bedrooms and bathrooms, living/dining room, and full kitchen. Guests are also welcome to use the washer/dryer and detergent free of charge, and there is an iron with ironing board. The apartment includes free wifi internet access as well.
Guests are welcome to invite friends as long as a reasonable noise level is maintained. Their is a high quality queen size inflatable bed and enough bedding for two additional guests (total 6).
Interaction with Guests
Usually I'm out of town, but in touch via internet/cellphone. I am happy to provide recommendations for places to visit during your stay.
It's hard to overstate how well-located the apartment is. The neighborhood is extremely safe, walkable, and loaded with interesting people and places to eat, shop, or just hang out.
Within 10 minutes you can walk to the following: Bosque Chapultepec (largest forest park in the city)
Museo de Antropologia (best museum in the country)
Zona Rosa nightclubs and restaurants
Avenida Reforma/Torre Mayor/La Diana
Avenida Insurgentes, Parque Mexico and Parque Espana
Condesa/Roma Norte and ~100 restaurants and cafes.
Additionally there are several hospitals, supermarkets, department stores, art galleries, and gyms all within walking distance.
All the public transportation lines on Reforma, Insurgentes, and metro line 1 (pink line that crosses city and reaches the airport), and free bike rental stations are within walking distance of the apartment. There is a secure taxi stand on the corner.
Please refrain from smoking in the apartment. There are front and back balconies which you're welcome to use. Also, this is generally a quiet building! If you play music or invite others, please be respectful with noise levels.
Our family had a wonderful time with Matt's apartment as a home base. Even though our flight was late, Matt met us at the apartment to help us settle us in. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and the apartment sunny. It was an easy walk to some of the best parks in Mexico City. Matt also let us keep our luggage in the apartment the day of checkout so we could explore the city once more before our flight. We had a fantastic trip!
I didn’t meet Matt when I arrived or during our stay, but he gave extensive instructions about the apartment and all the necessary steps to follow while I was there. Matt was quick to respond to text messages.
Matt's apartment is very spacious and well located. Internet worked well, kitchen fully equipped and the apartment is cozy and comfortable. It's a short walk to great restaurants and taxi stations.
Matt was quick to respond to messages, and his place was really nice and cozy. It's a short walk to the metro station, and easy to get to La Condesa. Big bedrooms, private bathrooms and a great balcony!
Matt's apartment is a good place to call home base when traveling to Mexico City. The location is prime with lots of immenities close by. Aside from there not being toilet paper, and a lightless bathroom in the main area, the condo was clean and spacious and suited us just fine for our short stay.
My apologies for the lack of toilet paper! When multiple guests come during my absence sometimes it's hard to keep supplies stocked (toilet paper in particular is a popular item for people to take with them when they leave) but the cleaning lady will now be restocking that during my extended trips away. As far as the bathroom, I can assure everyone that there is light. The bulb just burned out and has been replaced.
Matt's apartment was very spacious and well located. Internet worked well, kitchen fully equipped and lots of books etc. Didn't meet Matt but he gave extensive instructions about everything. Well recommended.
Very nice and big (two bedrooms and a big living room) apartment in one of Mexico's nicest neighbourhoods! Easy to get in even though Matt was away. He has prepared a thorough written welcoming, and the apartment was filled with guidebooks.
