sorry for reacting so late, but now I´m at home again and have time to write you.
Your appartment in rua escolas gerais is perfectly situated in the Alfama and extremely well equipped. It was absolutely clean, quiet and in a very good condition. We felt ourselves at home and safe.
What we didn´t like was that it was compared to the temperatures outside rather cold (maybe Americans like that) and we missed at least some view.
Thank you for caring for us and regards,
Très belle surprise que ce joli appartement idéalement situé, très bien aménagé et joliment décoré. On y est tout de suite comme chez soi. l'accueil était très agréable. Nous reviendrons !
Pedro was an excellent host. He thoughtfully left some Refreshments and snacks for us on arrival with plenty of useful sightseeing information. The apartment is in the most convenient and atmospheric part of Lisbon. The views from the roof are amazing and the perfect place for drinks (or a meal - we had lunch there one day). The apartment is cosy and comfortable.
