This charming and peaceful Hollywood Hills home is a true gem with three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Built at the turn of the century, this thoughtfully renovated home offers a private park-like setting within walking distance to the main attractions of Hollywood without being "on the Boulevard". Original hardwood floors and wood ceilings provide a connection to the past.
With its great natural light, accommodating layout, and unique outdoor spaces, this ideally located Hollywood home makes a wonderful setting for your next getaway.

When you pull up the driveway to your off-street parking you'll notice the inescapable tranquility of the neighborhood.


Upon entry to the main level, you will be greeted by carefully curated furniture that beautifully compliments the aesthetic of this home and its partially-open, welcoming layout.


The updated kitchen features skylights, a farm sink and a stainless steel 6-burner stove with double ovens and a stove top griddle. Additional appliances include a double door refrigerator, dishwasher, sink disposal, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We’ve equipped this kitchen with all you need from dish towels, utensils, glassware, plasticware (for the kiddos!) plates, pots and pans, chef’s knives and wine glasses etc…

The family room is ample and perfect in its simplicity. It is adequately equipped with all you need: a comfortable sofa, wide-screen TV with cable, wifi and DVD player.

The first floor bedroom and bath is in a separate wing just a quick trip down a hallway and secluded from the communal spaces of the home. From there you can enjoy views of the rear garden as you relax in a queen bed.

The home has a separate office with waist-to-ceiling windows looking out on the rear garden and hillside. We even have a wifi-connected printer for your office needs.

There is also a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer(with complimentary use during your stay).

The master bedroom suite is on the second floor and boasts a California King-sized mattress, linens, a dresser and an armoire. French doors allow you to gaze across the treetops to downtown Hollywood. Open them and lounge on a private deck with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with your morning coffee.

A recently-added master bath is accessible from this bedroom and features a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower stall, a separate spa tub, vessel sinks, a glass privacy door and a stained glass window.

Across the hall, the bright and airy guest bedroom has a full-sized bed plus ample closet space stocked with extra linens and comfortable bedding and its own private bathroom.

The property has multiple outdoor seating areas for year-round enjoyment. Step through the front door - the covered front porch is a perfect place to sip a glass of wine or enjoy a cup of tea.
Or step down into the expansive stone terrace to dine at the hand painted tile and wrought iron table while being soothed by the melodic sound of the classic cherub fountain that pours into the fish pond.
Seasonal fruit trees produce edible oranges, guava, pomegranate and Chinese plums. Lavender and native sage flowers attract hummingbirds and butterflies. 50-ft eucalyptus and 30-ft Canary palm trees complete this iconic Southern California setting.
The rear patio is right off of the kitchen and has a 4-burner gas grill.

This place was roomy wonderful and very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and I could walk to the Hollywood blvd and felt very safe.

The space is very large and true to the photos. Despite some issues (to be expected on a busy holiday weekend), the host Airbnb Concierge provided great understanding for our needs and service. Ryan is a great host and I would not have reservations to stay at one of his properties again in the future.

This home is in a great Hollywood location. Walkable distance to walk of fame and other attractions. Very beautifully home and very spacious.

Great location for exploring Hollywood. Close to the sites, but quiet and secluded. House itself was older but the bathrooms and kitchen were updated. Beds were very comfortable. We will look to stay here again next time we ho to LA.

The house is lovely. Tastefully decorated & artwork is unique, & much what i would have in my house. Lots of nooks to find yourself some privacy. Nice stay in the Hills area without having to wind up too far up. Its in a neighborhood but close to the hustle of LA. The property is run by a service Air Concierge. Ryan & Claire are the founders of Air Concierge & not people you will actually deal with. They manage many properties around the country & have staff that answer questions via text or airbnb messages. At no point were we able to speak to anyone directly --though i had requested a call twice. 24 hours before check in they email a “packet”of instructions. You have to find and enter an alarm code, (they gave you TWO codes and said it would be one of those). Really? I have to figure out which one it is? Wish the staff was able to have the alarm off for check in. It was stressful, as they specifically say in the packet that if the alarm goes off you will be hit with a huge fee. (see Mark’s review a few months ago) Day 2 realized that master bath shower had NO hot water, and other upstairs bath sink tap had no hot water. Tried to watch TV but couldn't get it to work. I sent a message at 11:18am about TV and at 12:22 about the hot water in the 2 bathrooms. At 5 pm get a reply from “a concierge” saying that they were sorry & have ordered a part. What?? You knew about it before i arrived but didn't tell me? Never addressed the other bathroom and TV. The next day reminded them about TV problems. Wanted me to take a photo of the remote and send it to them. An extremely tech savvy friend stopped over and found the component that wasn't on and got it working. The “packet” says that there is a TV manual but it was nowhere to be found. Only 1 of the 6 burners on a very lovely stove would light. They offered a repair man but we were gone for day and 1 person was home sleeping so it wasn't a good time. That came back to haunt me as i asked for some $ back and they said “I declined letting them help me” . They also said “if you asked we would have relocated you to a different property” This was never offered to us until 3rd of a 4 day stay. I will never stay in a property managed by a company that makes Airbnb exactly what i want it not to be. Had someone met us and showed us the TV and house or been nearby if we needed help it would have been very different. Had they let us know about the non working shower BEFORE checkin we would have gladly moved houses and avoided all of this.

This listing is a unique gem. Indoor and outdoor settings are spacious, private, and comfortable. Not often will you find a property that offers so many spaces to gather your group, or allow for "alone time." Our group of six felt it was perfect for our needs. It is in a beautiful location, with a large home and yard - far bigger than others in the neighborhood. Inside, this home is a treasure - unique features, beautiful wood floors, bead board ceilings and soothing colors. The owners clearly have remarkable and tasteful interests. There is a safe place to park multiple cars.
