Melanie was very welcoming as good host. The photo of the room is accurate and its very comfortable. Location for central Bedford train and bus stations is excellent. Other facilities and the river are also in short walking distance
Melanie was very welcoming, despite a slight mix up over my arrival time (my fault!). The room was as described and I had a good night's sleep. Was only there one night - but would recommend. Location good, short walk to Central area and bus stop.
Very nice experience in a very charming Victorian house. Melanie is a very warming host that do above and beyond to keep you comfortable.
The room is in a very nice flat 2 minutes away from the town centre, ideal for a weekend in Bedford. Melanie was a very nice host, she prepared the bedroom for us and everything was clean and tidy. She is also very kind and she is definitively one to have a chat with. The bed and the pillows were really, really comfortable :) I recommend her!
Melanie is a welcoming host and a handy location close to Bedford station.
Lovely house and a lovely host. Super helpful and would definitely stay again.

About the Host, Melanie
I am a designer, currently working at a country school putting an environmental project in the grounds.
I also make natural products and have been a beekeeper for several years now. I grow my own vegetables and love to cook and I am training to be a herbalist...so often have many projects on the go depending on the time of year.
So it can be quiet interesting at home.
