Cabina Moth & Twig is a romantic hidden cottage located between Montezuma and Cabuya. This charming property is a 5-minute walk to Playa Cedros. The cabina sits under jungle canopy and attracts animals such as monkeys, agouti, coati, and many types of birds. The cabina features a bedroom, kitchen, indoor bathroom with hot shower, outdoor cold shower, outdoor sink, and a private deck.

The space
Moth & Twig is situated on a quiet road, between Montezuma and Cabuya, very near Playa Los Cedros (5 minute walk). A short drive to restaurants, nightlife, and attractions such as hiking, waterfalls, beaches and many different tours. Several miles away on the Pacific side of the peninsula you will find the towns Mal Pais, and Santa Teresa, both known for their beaches, surfing and international flavor.

Guests will have a parking space near the cottage and have private use of the deck and yards and outdoor shower.

Weekly cleaning available for stays of 5 nights and beyond.
Indoor bathroom has a hot shower, hair dryer, soap, and shampoo. There is also a refreshing outdoor cold shower and sink, perfect on hot days.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishware, pots/pans, cutlery, small oven, two burner stove-top, blender, new refrigerator, electric kettle, French press, coffee, tea, sugar, and various spices/oils.
The bedroom has a queen bed with topper (we can remove topper if you prefer a firmer mattress), ceiling fan, floor fans, small safe box, and WIFI. Please note, the WIFI can be spotty in this area. It is recommended to download a VPN to your computer/phone.
Deck is equipped with a table & chairs for al fresco dining, Adirondack chairs, and a hammock. There is a 2nd hammock in the garden, perfect for watching monkeys in the trees. Furniture is made of exotic wood, crafted by local artisans.
All the windows and doors have mosquito screens as well as wood shutters.
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler and beach towels at the cabina.
Laundry service is available from 9am to 5pm (wash/dry but not folded).
