Kindly read the IMPORTANT REMINDERS below:
🔹Car park has to be reserved at least 3 days prior to check-in. Overnight car park fee is Php350.
🔹Guests are charged with a Swimming Pool Fee (Php200/guest). Pool is open from Monday - Wednesday except Thursday-Sunday and holidays. Swimming Pool Operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Manila Time. Pool users must wear proper swimming attire. Kids below 3yo are free of charge.
🔹Roof Deck is open 24/7 for Ortigas skyscraper viewing and city lights at night. Roof Deck is the only designated area for smoking. Practice proper disposal of cigarette butts.
🔹Playground/Picnic Areas/Open Areas/Grilling Areas are free. The use of these facilities is on a first come first serve basis.
🔹Convenience store located in Basement 1.
🔹Water refilling station located in Basement 2.
🔹2 clean towels are free. Extra towel is Php100.

Please treat At Cozy Space as your own home. You can use everything in the unit during your stay.
For guests who visits Manila for the first time, you can take advantage of our access to local expertise: food, attractions and destinations.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
-Not allowed inside the unit: smoking cigarette, illegal drugs, firearms, unregistered guest/s and dirty or muddy shoes and slippers.
-Use provided slippers inside the unit or barefoot.
-Do not place anything on top of the washing machine.
-No hanging allowed on the balcony railings/AC cover.
-Observe cleanliness - Claygo policy (Clean As You Go).
-No left-over food allowed.
-Turn on kitchen exhaust fan when cooking.
-Respect your neighbor and keep your tone down especially during sleeping hours (on or after 10PM).
-Turn off the appliances when leaving, no need to unplug.
-Place used towels in the laundry basket.
-Kindly dump your garbage in Basement 1 when you leave.
DAMAGE, VIOLATIONS & OTHER FEES:

▫️Stained sheets & towels: Php 500/pc
▫️Smoking Violation: Php1000-Php5000
▫️Damaged item/s (subject to evaluation of the damaged item/s)
▫️Left-over food: Php500
▫️Cleaning service is available at your request with a fixed rate of Php850.
