One of our most popular tiny houses, this quaint tiny home is filled with charm. A large deck with a seating area makes The Cottage perfect for relaxing after a long day of experiencing all that Orlando has to offer. This tiny home comfortably sleeps three adults, or two adults and two small children. Steps from the lake on the community's large lawn, this house gives you the opportunity to easily enjoy our amenities.
During your stay, take advantage of Florida lake life! We encourage all guests to take advantage our FREE kayaks and paddle board rentals as well as our yard games, hammocks, fire pit, propane grill, volleyball, cornhole and fishing gear upon request. Turn your tiny home experience into big fun on the lake!

The space
One of the comments we most often get for The Lake House is that its relaxing for singles and families alike. It's "beachy" style is perfect for Florida visitors. The Lake House has simple cooking basics with a glass cooktop and toaster oven. Many guests have told us that it's perfect for living in a tiny house for those interested in "going tiny." This tiny home comfortably sleeps four adults, with a queen size bed and a full pull out couch.

Our peaceful tiny house community is on beautiful Lake Fairview, a public ski and fishing lake. It is also a bird sanctuary! Residents and guests alike are able to enjoy Florida's lake life. Bring your own canoes, paddles and fishing gear, or enjoy the two-person kayak and fishing poles available for guest use. The nearby college Park neighborhood has shops, cafes and eateries. There is a Walmart, Publix and also a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery as well. There are a few convenience stores within walking distance. Our growing tiny house community is in a light industrial side of town with resident tiny homes and some RVs as neighbors. The community is well lit and safe. The view across the lake are multi-million dollar homes. A big lifestyle for a tiny price tag. Orlando Lakefront is the only tiny house community in Florida and the largest in the nation. We have been featured on HGTV, Orlando Magazine, Fox News, and the Orlando Sentinel. There are 30 other tiny homes in the community with residents and guests alike living the tiny life!
