The unit’s cozy, farm style furnishings and modern essentials make it feel like home, perfect for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. The property's picturesque English gardens, gazebo on the pond, unforgettable sunsets and vineyard add to the charm.

The space
The private, detached apartment is located upstairs in the barn via a designated entryway with gate and keypad entry for your convenience.

The apartment is complete with a 1 bedroom/1 bath and a comfortable living and eat-in kitchen area. The unit comes fully furnished with all of the essentials that you would expect to find at home.

The pagoda that is situated near the gate is a designated outdoor seating area designed to allow guests to take in the sweeping views of the vineyard, pond, upper field, garden area and farmhouse.

Uniquely situated 1 hr east to North Lake Tahoe or 1 hr west to Sacramento, the location offers guests the gateway to all that the Sierra Nevada region has to offer for all season activities and adventures.
