Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. Enjoy a peaceful break on this charming boat, relax and take in the views, small town southern charm and a variety of great food nearby. Artisans, local farm markets and many historical venues. This area is also known for its natural beauty and unique wildlife preserves.

The space
This property is a 44ft motor yacht with a queen size bed in the captain's state room, along with a bathroom/shower. There is a large salon with plenty of comfortable seating that converts to a full size bed. This will allow for some extra sleeping accomodations for children. The galley has a refrigerator/freezer, along with a 4 burner stove as well a microwave, toaster and coffee pot, pots pans, utensils and dishes for 4. Coffee will be provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a half bath. Forward is a V-berth that sleeps two. Just a few steps up from the salon is an open air deck with comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the marina view.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the boat, we ask that no one touch controls at either helm, we ask that guests do not access the roof over the rear deck that is clearly marked by signage.

I have been in the hospitality business for many years and hope to provide you with a unique and enjoyable experience.
