Fully renovated flat equipped with everything a guest may need for comfortable stay for up to 2 persons. Conveniently located next to Alexandras avenue for exploring the city, close to Athens center, providing easy access to public transport means which allows easy connectivity with Airport, Piraeus port, downtown as well as major spots to be visited in Athens.

The space
Fully renovated flat 30 sq.m full of light consisting of one bedroom, a corridor giving access to a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a big flowered balcony. The flat is at the fifth floor (last) of a residential building accessible by lift.

EQUIPMENT / FACILITIES:
- free access 24h/7d to internet via wi-fi router (previous hosts appreciated connection speeds)
- central heating operating during winter time
- Hot water supplied from solar boiler
- at each arrival clean set of towels and bed linen are provided
- Bedroom with one comfortable double bed (150x200 cm), 2 nightstands, drawer, wardrobe, chair with desk for laptop, one 20” TV set (local Greek channels, as well as ΒΒC, DW and francophone TV5), air-conditioning unit, complementary electric heating convector unit (in winter period). If you come with a baby a foldable baby bed can be supplied
- Bathroom with full sized cabin fitted with hydromassage shower unit, basin, toilet, hairdryer, small ironing board with iron
- Kitchen with working plan and 2 chairs, one compact refrigerator, hob, small electric oven, induction cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all basic cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.
- A wide, bright and green balcony with tent looking at Parashou street with table and 2 chairs, where you can relax and plan your next day visits and walks!

Flat is located on the boundary between Ambelokipi and Gyzi areas on Parashou street which is first parallel with Alexandras avenue. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
In a radius of 500m within the neighborhood you can find slightly everything you might need: banks, ATM’s, post office, first aid medical centre, super markets, groceries, mini markets (some operating from 09.00 till 23.00 even on Sundays), bakeries, pastry shops, pharmacies, restaurants, tavernas, cafeterias, mobile telephony shops, car rental office, travel agency. For business purposes, there are nearby photocopy shops that can make for you printing works.
In the vicinity every Tuesday and Wednesday you can visit a street market for fruits and vegetables full of colors and scents.
If you wish walking in green areas, Pedion Areos Park as well as Lycabettus hill are in short distance. From Lycabettus hill you can enjoy a panoramic view over whole Athens.
